I
ordered
via
mobile
order
on
01/02.
At
CFA,
I
get
the
same
exact
order
—
regular
chicken
sandwich,
no
bun,
sub
lettuce.
I
ordered
2
chicken
sandwiches
that
same
way
and
the
lettuce
was
BROWN
and
smelled
HORRIBLE.
I
called
and
spoke
to
a
manager
around
2:30
or
so
(didn’t
get
a
name).
She
apologized
for
it
and
said
she
would
write
my
name
down
so
my
order
can
be
replaced.
I
show
up
to
*the
very
next
day*
(aka
today)
only
to
be
told
by
the
current
manager
Angelica
on
shift
that
she
couldn’t
find
my
name
written
down.
I
tell
her
the
same
story
and
even
shown
pictures.
She
said
that
the
browning
was
due
to
the
filet,
but
couldn’t
explain
why
the
lettuce
also
smelled.
Then
the
staff
said
in
Spanish
(guess
they
didn’t
think
I
would
know
Spanish?
Lol)
the
same
exact
thing
—
that’s
the
browning
is
due
to
the
filet.
As
stated
before,
I
get
this
order
all
the
time
and
not
once
has
the
lettuce
been
brown.
NEVER.
They
did
end
up
replacing
the
order
(hence
the
1
star)
and
of
course,
the
lettuce
wasn’t
brown.
Totally
not
surprised.
The
entire
ordeal
will
keep
me
away
from
this
location.
Very
disappointing
experience.
