    Bad service! Ordered breakfast online and came to pick up in drive thru. When I got there, they told me to park in the front where I waited 20 minutes and no order. Had to go back to drive thru and ask and they said they couldn’t do anything anymore because they weren’t serving breakfast anymore. I had to go inside and turns out my order was sitting on the side, cold. They should really organize themselves, I didn’t even get an apology from the people inside, ridiculous.

    I ordered the large kale salad and 5 chicken nuggets to go with it. Let me tell you, never have I had this much dressing in my kale salad. The chicken wasn’t warm at all and doesn’t look cooked like it normally does. Usually has a crispy like texture this tastes old. I can’t take it back I live far, at this point I’m disappointed but hungry.

    I always love chick-fil-a my food for everyday I go to work . But really upset today @ Home Depot location. It’s happened twice for me about pup cup. For long time customer here but my friend told me about pup cup so that’s what I know . My first time for pup cup@ Home Depot location a young lady told me pup cup just available every Wednesday. So, I’m ok .. but after that I asked my co-worker she said “ no, she didn’t hear that” . But after that, I asked pup cup I do always have it. I’m so happy and my baby he happy too. But bad experience today , I met a young lady again ( name Giselle) one more time she told me Chick-fil-A just give dog treat no more pup cup ( that’s new policy) I asked her” when you started “ she said “ 2 weeks ago . So, rediculous . I buy Chick-fil-A a lots but never heard that. If this is really Chick-fil-A policy let me know . Or please don’t become LIAR. Or you can find another way to say , may be customer will happier . Thank you

    The food is good and the service is fast. The employees are extremely nice and genuine. The kids love eating there and playing inside the kids zone. The restaurant is clean and sanitary. It is always a good experience. They offer a variety of different chicken sandwiches, salads, soups and Mac and cheese. The favoriates are the regular chicken sandwich and fries. They have a good kids menu with a range of things from chick fil a nuggets to Mac and cheese. . definitely 5 stars!

    This location is difficult to get to, as it is in the parking lot of a Home Depot. The Home Depot parking lot, and therefore, the entrance to the Chick-fil-A, is always crowded with day laborers looking for work, which makes trying to enter the drive-through line very awkward because you're being flagged down by the laborers who hope you'll be a prospective employer. If you don't mind that sort of thing, then you're good, but if you're like me, you'll find yourself feeling bad that you aren't their next job. The restaurant drive-through, however, rarely has a long line, so you will likely not have to fuss with the notoriously lengthy lines like at other locations. The food is as good as any of the other locations, and the service is on par with other locations, as well. Leaving the facility is easier than getting into it, for sure, but you inevitably have to pass the same swarms of laborers you waved off when you first entered. So, if you are looking for a short line (or a day laborer or two), then you'll find this is the perfect place to get both.

    0 stars for me , the guy that took my order was looking down the whole time I couldn't really hear him and they gave me my drinks first then told me to wait ahead at delivery zone , never gave me my straws for the drinks an I ordered a chicken soup and mac n cheese with my meal but didnt put no silverware . Will not be back to this location ! Get it together please

    BEST CHICK FIL A! Me and my mom came here to eat breakfast and the food was ready and hot and the employee Mike brought it to us! He was so sweet and kind and was so helpful and attentive!

    I ordered via mobile order on 01/02. At CFA, I get the same exact order — regular chicken sandwich, no bun, sub lettuce. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches that same way and the lettuce was BROWN and smelled HORRIBLE. I called and spoke to a manager around 2:30 or so (didn’t get a name). She apologized for it and said she would write my name down so my order can be replaced. I show up to *the very next day* (aka today) only to be told by the current manager Angelica on shift that she couldn’t find my name written down. I tell her the same story and even shown pictures. She said that the browning was due to the filet, but couldn’t explain why the lettuce also smelled. Then the staff said in Spanish (guess they didn’t think I would know Spanish? Lol) the same exact thing — that’s the browning is due to the filet. As stated before, I get this order all the time and not once has the lettuce been brown. NEVER. They did end up replacing the order (hence the 1 star) and of course, the lettuce wasn’t brown. Totally not surprised. The entire ordeal will keep me away from this location. Very disappointing experience.

    The cashier had a an attitude and forgot to give me my drink. When they brought my order they forgot my drink and when I went to get it the drink myself, another cashier mentioned that the woman who took my was supposed to give me my drink. Shortly after I retuned to my seat the cashier who took my order sat a few stalls from me to take her break and got on her speaker phone and I was in SHOCKED at the vulgar and disgusting conversation she was having while she was still in uniform. I couldn’t stand it anymore so I hurried to finish my lunch to get out of there! As I got my drink refill, I mentioned what happened and the person told me that it wasn’t the first time people had complained in that black cashier. Needless to say, I will NEVER be dining in at this location ever again!
