Excellent authentic Hyderabadi tasting food I tried many different items. Top quality Khichdi, Tala hua gosht, Haleem, Anda Tamata. Only the Tahari needs a bit of improvement (meat needs to be more tender)

This is one of the hyderabadi restaurant. available indian foods. taste very very good and price is moderate only. Usually too much croweded.parcel and dining both are available.there is no separate car parking ,we can park road parking .My friend eats refularly.separate family hall is there.taste all menus very good. Real indian tastes. Best restaurant for indians foods. There are two charMinar . One is old for breakfast and snack. Another one is big for lunch and dinner.

This is the best Indian restaurant in Makkah; they provide incredibly tasty Biryani and a variety of other dishes, and if you have a need for genuine Hyderabadi biryani, you absolutely must go to this restaurant. They have relatively few seating options available, which is especially problematic if you intend to go there with your family. Price is very reasonable.

Very good Hyderabadi Restaurant in Makkah.

Visited on 24-Apr-2023 at around 4:40 PM. Being a Hyderabadi, I have seen one of the worst Hospitality. when I enter the Restaurant with my Family. The cashier was not welcoming and he discourage us for Dine-In, after I informed him that I need dine-In he informed me to go from 2nd entrance. When I sat down with my Family the cleaner came and told me in a rude way that I cannot sit here and started shouting that he has to clean the place. I was surprised to know that cleaning is done after the restaurant opening and I told him I was allowed to sit here by cashier and the cleaner was not listening.I felt humiliated and left the place without eating.

They are really good. Service is fantabulous, the atmosphere is exclusive, seating capacity is average. 100 people seating capacity. We take mutton Biryani and the taste is fantastic. We feel the Indian Flavour. Dish was Served nicely, in a different plot with a individual plate. Extra Dal i.e Pulse is served. But Family set up is not available, no family room separately. The wash room is missing but available for hand wash. Price is average, not much not Less. Overall rating 4 out of 5

Worst food ever i had in my life. Chicken 65 seems like, pink jilebi with heavy food colour in it..!! Still my hands hold those unhealthy colour

This is not having the environment and Ambiance of high end Indian restaurants like Indian zone etc but the rule here is: If you really want best taste with very economical prices then CHARMINAR is the place, and if you want to have a fine dining experience go the other high end restaurants at the cost of average food taste with very high prices.

A good Indian Haiderabadi hotel in Makkah. We ordered mutton biryania along with chicken kari, a special item was their anda tamatar chatni.

Honestly it was very unhygienic and the taste was nowhere near Indian food, there were flies everywhere, the food was pre-cooked, the Tea tasted like mud and water overall a very bad experience definitely not for family dining or solos. I didn't even last 10 minutes in the restaurant ( are u sure cuz every table in the family section had mosquitos dead and alive

I never understood the hype of Hyderabadi biryani…until we ate here! Absolutely amazing food; flavorsome, authentic and delicious. The customer service was great. We had the mutton biryani, chicken curry, rabri and chai. Everything “hit the spot”. We plan to come back ASAP.

Chicken biryani rice was not cooked properly. The breakfast service for the family was not good. Food was awesome anyhow. We drove to this place twice to get the taste of the delicacies. Parking was a problem there.

Good hyderabadi restaurant in makkah region, In breakfast they have all varieties of South Indian food as idli, dosa, wada, puri. Every dish is good in taste. In lunch and dinner they have many variety of gravies and biryani. There is good family section.

Ordered chicken biryani its ok, rest ordered tomato chutney, dalcha, chicken 65 all are fine having hint of hydbdi taste, not proper hyderbadi restaurant i guess the staffs and owner are from near by districts cant fully say hydbadi restaurant . The 65 had somuch color and had a bite to it, its reasonable bill came around 69riyals.

Very basic and simple They don't have proper instructions how customers order food basically I felt totally disappointed and the guy in snack section (poor behavior) The serving guy Mr. Sattar was pretty good 👍

I have tried there haleem and chowmien, the taste of the haleem is good... But the chowmien is not up to mark plus the chowmien is served cold... Overall average restaurant not as expected

Very bad experience. Very bad staff. First of all we ordered chicken biryani expecting special taste from Hyderabadi restaurant but the biryani was served cold like removed from refrigerator and served. And other dish was also served at room temperature. When we asked why are you serving like this to us the waiter replies in an arrogant manner and says you should have come early this time you will like this because of Friday you will get like this. I was shocked on this horrible reply and said we have come in restaurant open timings you should serve as food in good condition. Then he says we do not have oven or any other means to serve you hot. I regret to visit this place as despite the restaurant being at Makkah city people are being fooled and disrespected.

Hotel is not recommended for Pakistanis. Tea Was Fantastic 👏.

I had a truly exceptional experience at Charminar restaurant in Makkah. The food was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The Biryani were particularly outstanding, and the friendly staff, attentive service added to the positive atmosphere. However, as much as I enjoyed my visit, I couldn't help but wish there were more branches of Charminar resturant around Makkah. Its current location might not be convenient for everyone, especially considering the vastness of the city. Therefore, I urge the management to consider expanding and opening more branches in Makkah. This would allow more people to experience the fantastic food and service offered Overall, I highly recommend Charminar resturant to anyone seeking a delightful dining experience in Makkah. It's a true gem, but with more locations, it could truly shine even brighter and become a beloved favorite for even more residents and visitors.

Saves money in tissues and never uses cards for payment. Unclean plates, some ACs were not working in the family section. Toilets are clean and good with hand soap. Food is delicious, but it can run out in minutes, so order it whatever you want in one go. If the owner is reading this, then plz increase one more man in the family section. The poor guy can not handle every customer.

Really good south indian food. They make all kinds of food from typical cuisines to snacks after 4 pm. They serve chapatis as bread for salan. Also serve 1 SR chai which is really good.

Tea is awesome and they have good variety for breakfast: dosa, puri, biryanis. Go a bit early if it is a Friday.
