Great accommodation, steps from the Haram. The room quality is definitely a step up from neighbouring hotels. Bathroom was also great, specious and well designed. Would have had a fantastic view but unfortunately no one seems to clean the windows so it’s a bit difficult to see out - definitely something that needs attention to. Staff were great by and large, although check in was a bit chaotic and it was disappointing that despite asking and being advised of arrival time the room was not ready for more than an hour after our arrival. Room service had a good selection and food was tasty and came quickly. Would highly recommend

Being in the Jabal Omar project, this is in the very second line of hotels and extremely close to the Haram. The location is excellent. However, unlike the first line hotels (those in the Makkah Clock Tower, Makkah Hotel & Towers and Dar at Tawhid Intercontinental) the Jabal Omar hotels do not enjoy access to the Haram that is right in front. Instead, access to that part of the Haram is blocked at least 1 hour before each prayer thus forcing the patrons to walk to the new extension. These patrons have paid top dollar to access the part of the Haram that is right in front but they are not getting bang for their buck. The Jabal Omar hotels could liaise with the security authorities and have an entrance point that could be accessed using only their room cards. Thus availing these patrons to access this part of the Haram.

Hotel is amazing and so luxury and clean. The room was very big. The room has two big king size beds with sofa. Room equipped with all required accessories and amenities. Restaurant Staff were too friendly. Only very strange thing, There are snacks in the refrigerator of the room, and if you take anything, you will be charged for it. Over all luxury stay

We stayed two nights at the Conrad a few weeks ago and overall it was an okay stay. I had a wonderful experience at the breakfast buffet, all the workers at the breakfast buffet, and the housekeeping team. We loved our room, which was so clean and comfortable. However, there were a couple negative issues that made the trip less than enjoyable. My issues are with the check-in process and also with communication. Before I arrived at the hotel, I was charged for one of two nights. When I got to the hotel, I expected to be charged only for the remaining night. However, the check-in agent charged me for the full booking. He assured me that I would get my refund from finance within 5 days for the first charge. It’s been over 3 weeks and I haven’t gotten my money back. I’ve sent 4 emails over the last few weeks, but no one has answered me. It is a large refund (almost $200) and it is extremely upsetting that they are ignoring me. If these issues hadn’t happened, it would’ve been an amazing 5-star stay! Unfortunately, they kind of ruined the trip and this hotel for us.

The hotel location and room sizes are great. The staff were beyond standard, very welcoming, polite, attentive, and nice. However; there was a problem that will prevent me from booking in this hotel again, which is the level of cleanliness. It was below average.

Had the opportunity to stay at Conrad. The hotel itself was amazing clean modern. The staff was amazing. The front desk manager Mohammad was of great help at check in. He ensured our needs were met during the stay. Their breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever had. The restaurant manager Tayyab Javed provided world class service. He went above and beyond to ensure we were catered to the best service. Will definitely be coming back to stay at this hotel. Highly recommended.

So, I really had a hard time deciding on the rating of this hotel, the service is perfect, the employees are amazingly nice, the hotel is beautiful, and the breakfast was great, unfortunately a big but follows this as I struggled over my stay with the ac in the room (read rooms) I stayed in. The room was hotter than it was outside and for the two nights that I spent at the hotel I was unable to sleep; and yes I called and visited the reception multiple times to have the problem fixed I even changed rooms to no avail. Now, given that a hotel's main purpose is for you to have a comfortable place to sleep I really find it hard to recommend the Conrad for anyone, and as such my review reflects that. TL;DR: Great hotel, terrible AC ruined the experience.

This is a complaint about my current stay at the Conrad Makkah. I think that Conrad Makkah is no longer a luxury 5-star hotel. All the rooms were dirty and expendable, and most of the rooms to be renovated. The bathroom had many rusty spots, and there were plumbing problems as well. The bathroom cleanliness at check in was not clean at all. The reception guy was not friendly at all; no smile and a bad angry response to my upgrade request that I would pay for it and receive it from your eStandby. Besides, he had no employee name tag. I've stayed at the hotel more than seven times since 2017, but I doubt I'll return because it's now a three-star rather than a five-star "luxury" hotel. I have an image of the room. If you want it. From 04/06/2022 to 08/06/2022, I was in room 1205.

We stayed in this hotel for four nights. We are a family of four. The room was big enough for us to keep our luggage and also move around. The bathroom was pretty large and well maintained. We had a great time in this hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel is close to the haram. I would stay again here. The reception service is a bit slow but it was not that bad. Overall a great place to stay.

Most beautiful. The view from my window is spectacular. Friendky staff. Breakfast there is a wide range of food catering for every taste and culture. Room are spacious, clean. Definitely recommend this hotel to family

We decided to spend our first wedding anniversary in Makkah and it was amazing experience with Conrad Hilton Hotel. We spent few days in research before booking our hotel. I can’t say anything about our choice except we chose the right one for us. Was very convenient for our budget and the location is worth every cents besides the rest of the facilities. We decided to extend our stay and the Hotel staff accommodated us nicely. Many thanks to our Shaikot and his team ( room service provider).

I felt like a millionaire staying at this hotel. It was amazing experience the staff was very friendly and helpful plus the overall look at the hotel and as well as the interior designing is just on point everything is very spacious very great and you can never go wrong with staying at this hotel. It might get pricey during the season of Hajj but overall, if you can get it get it it’s probably one of the best choices you make in your life.

A great location near to Alharam. Calm and comfortable with very good service. They upgraded our room before arriving to the hotel. The continental breakfast was a typical buffet with muffins, croissants, toast, and other baked goods; hot items such as sausages, bacon, fried potatoes or hash browns, scrambled eggs, fruit, yogurt, and cereals.

Beautiful hotel. Sleeper couch was very uncomfortable though for my daughter, could feel all the springs. I would suggest a microwave be provided as everyone gets very tired in Makkah and the benefit of being able to heat your food between the many naps would be great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very bad experience at hotel reception Lack of knowledge. Spent more than hour to check in, & rooms were not ready. Don’t book executive lounge rooms. Hotel charged extra amount from my card instead of honour advance purchase discount. My family not happy at all with management. We had complain everyday but they didn’t solve the problem. Lounge staff diverted us on different floors everyday. No variety in food, no vegetarian option other than cold salad! When told them this they said the meat dish has vegetables! Lack of knowledge & miscommunication with staff members & manager. Very bad experience, it ruined our stay in Makkah all due to the staff.

We are staying in room no 510. Beautiful spacious room. We have been impressed by the housekeeping staff Shaheen Mia who has taken care of us . Every time we needed something he was there for us.

Sahadat is exception person .He provided a very good service in our room. We felt like VIP guest as he was very attentional to our request. The room was very clean and I can’t thank him enough for that. Very bad service. Staff uncooperative. Food just you can eat, not tasty. Room service very bad, didn't bring food on time. Bell service is also bad. You have to wait 15 to 30 minutes. We brought our luggage down ourselves. Receptionist very uncooperative. They couldn't book a taxi for us. Bathroom has two holes under mirror. Shower water flows in main bathroom

Excellent room service. Shabbir was excellent. He was courteous, helpful, friendly and very detailed oriented. He took his time to perfection to clean and tidy the room as if we just checked in. Very polite and friendly face. Highly recommend his service. Speaks volume of the management. I really hope the management pays these guys well and take great care of them financially.

Shahadat (housekeeping) at Conrad, provided us with outstanding service. Our young family spent a lot of time indoors and naturally was needy with plenty of requests. His willingness, work ethic and above and beyond attitude made our stay in the Conrad most pleasant. This is the type of service that will naturally bring us back to the Conrad again and again! This was the best experience ever. The staff are amazing. The breakfast was the best we have ever had, there is nothing that you cant get here, even if you do not see it, they will always get whatever you need. The staff at breakfast make this possible by catering to our every whim, from the manager Thayob to Ahmad Ungklang who was our server.....they made sure all our needs were met and more. The staff at the executive lounge were all amazing as well, always there to assist. Hannah at the Honors counter always made sure that we were well taken care of. Best experience ever.👌

We always stay at the Conrad in Makkah. The location is ideal (a quick walk to the mosque), the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are a great size. This time we got two connecting rooms which were nice. The breakfast buffet is always delicious and the breakfast staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and well taken care of. All the staff are great. This time we were pleasantly surprised to find a Cafe Moment on the 2nd floor (which we love!). We usually eat in the Hyatt (next door) food court so its nice that is so convenient.

It is a wonderful hotel and the location is perfect. What makes it amazing is the outstanding service. Manager Sheikh Hasan and his team are top notch. Aqib was in charge of taking care of our room and he did an excellent job. He is a through professional, very courteous and made sure all our needs were met. I have stayed in many 5 stars but this has been the best.

This hotel was my favorite hotel in the blessed city of Makkah. Unfortunately, the customer service quality at the front desk went down significantly! The guy at the front desk was dry and wasn't helpful at all! He gave us the wrong rooms. Gave us a hard time to correct their mistake. I was also very disappointed that they are no longer offer dinner buffet. After a long travel and tiring Umrah, i expected to eat at my hotel and rest! To my disappointment, i was told that they no longer are offer the dinner buffet at the hotel😏 I hope they can improve their front desk customer service and their customer service overall

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Our suite was beautiful with stunning high end finishes. Ahmed at the front desk checked us in. He was extremely welcoming and gracious. I have never seen such amazing hospitality. The breakfast buffet in the morning was absolutely fantastic. The array of choices and different options were unbelievable, there was not a single thing your heart could wish for and was not available. Our 4 day stay was very memorable and I will always return back to Conrad Makkah.

One of the finest hotels, including spacious rooms and top-notch services. The breakfast was amazing and offered an assortment of food and beverages. If you request for something that isn't normally offered, they will prepare it for you. Every single member of the staff was friendly and accommodating. Gate 79 can be reached on foot in approximately one minute, and there are numerous fast food outlets and restaurants all around. The overall experience was really comfortable, and staying here is highly recommended.

Great location, walking distance to AlHaram with a shopping mall attached to it. Staff are professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet is amazing with a big selection. The rooms require extra attention from maintenance to housekeeping to amenities. This hotel is more convenient for families with young kids. In my opinion the Hotel is 5 stars, the room is 3.5 stars

Staff and service is amazing. Rooms are nice and clean. However it's time update few of the features. Breakfast was good. Habibullah at the breakfast is like your long lost friend. I really enjoyed his company everyday he would come to my table and ask for anything I needed. I know that's his job but I really like that gesture. My kids really missed raffles. Nice place to stay.

Staff are really polite and helpful except for the first guy we dealt with at the reception and made us wait since he couldn’t find our reservations, his colleague who checked us in helped us right away and apologized for the delay and explained that it was due to the reservations team not entering it into the system. Rooms are big and spacious, modern too. Bathroom facilities are good. the house keeping team and guest services team are excellent. In-room dining is okay, wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for delicious food. Alot variety in breakfast buffet, worth adding breakfast option when bookkng. I would definitely stay here again!

I give to stars only for the warm welcoming by the security guard وليد الحازمي at main gate. Rather than the hotel staff need to trained how they deal with customers. They canceled my reservation because they can’t charged my visa even I called Hilton reservation call center at 1 pm and updated the visa payment and I got the confirmation again. When I arrived at 10 pm they informed me that your reservation was cancelled and we cannot do any thing for you, the receptionist say go deal with Hilton customer service to solve this issue. Final I got downgraded room just to stay that night. Really this the worst experience with Hilton chain hotel.

We had one of the most astonishing experience staying in this Hotel. The staff are super friendly, hospitable and polite. I would had scored slightly lower but the buffet manager Tayyab Javed was so accommodating that he went out of his way to make us very welcome and comfortable as if one would welcome a guest in his home. He bought items of food which were not on the menu if you were looking for something you had desired eating and that with the head chef bringing it to your table. Javed was exceptional throughout our stay and for that reason and other factors put together I had to score my stay and experience a 5 star

Everything was lovely. Receptionists and servers were extremely nice and hospitable. Excellent stay. Close to Haram, very clean, breakfast buffet is amazing and full of Arabic and International options. Highly recommended.

Hotel is of a very high standard with peace, calm & tranquility. Staff are amazing, polite, smiling, and ever helpful. Just one bit of advice, in order to keep hotel up to date, touch up and maintenance to the rooms on a regular basis. Location perfect and I would certainly come back with my family next time. Excellent staff and service. Check in was easy at the Hilton Honors desk. Mohammad Al Sini at the reception to the lounge was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The cleaning staff were courteous and did their job so well. I’d recommend Conrad Hilton to anyone.

This was the first time I did not stay in the clock tower and it did not disappoint. The room was spacious, the staff was great and super helpful. They provided fresh squeezed juices for breakfast. It's super close to gate 79 and I can see my hotel as I am walking back. The elevators were very quick during the time I stayed. The hotel is also attached to Jabal Omar mall which has great options for food and gifts.
