Entrance and lobby area is beautiful. Very nice rooms but furniture (like chairs and sofas) had stains, even in the lobby. Bus service is amazing! Always available and drops off at a convenient location, just in front of the haram. Breakfast was great tho I think it can use a little more variety and some less meat dishes. Overall good experience.

Overall a very nice stay. Friendly staff, outstanding service, great breakfast, spacious and clean rooms. Location hasn’t been much of an issue. You can get to Haram’s gate by either taking a bus shuttle (~5min) or walk (8-10min). Easiest way to walk is to go inside the Hilton Convention Hotel and exit from the other side. Overall, very impressed!!

Excellent staff (from receptionist to Mr Ahmed and his team at breakfast lounge). Very welcoming and hospitable. Seemingly only a handful hotels offer this level of service in Mecca. Breakfast was outstanding and cleanliness was on point! Shuttle service was best out of all that of nearby hotels as it was very frequent. Walkable, but you will be faced with an incline on way back if you decide not to take the shuttle. One of the few value to money hotels in Makkah and recommended!

Amazing hotel! Would recommend to everyone. Service is amazing. Hotel is still in the works but it is the best hotel I’ve stayed in and a very nice looking hotel. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Room service staff would always ask if we need anything and promptly give us anything we need. The location is very close, literally a 5 minute walk and they also offer shuttle buses which come every 5 minutes to drop and pick up near the masjid. Would stay here again.

It was a great stay for 4 days and the rooms which we got was amazing and too huge. Housekeeping was done without any call. Breakfast buffet was so yummy. One more thing the support we received to upgrade to standard room from Mrs.Merida at the reception during check in was never forgettable.She supported as a family member from Day-1 till check out and we were so lucky. Shuttle service was too good and you can expect every 2 minutes. Never ever miss to have the delicious cookies which are so 😋

The hotel is offering moderate experience, and from my view, it could offer better than that, especially since there are several Hilton in the area and I offering better experience. The location is around 500 meters from Haram, and the street is climbing up and down, and the other Hilton is offering a golf car 🚗 but double tree, no ? 😢 The F&B and the breakfast buffet are very poor. The room is good and our view is nice. Overall experience and rating are average.

Terrible room service. I asked for the room to be cleaned and it took them one day and a half to do so. I asked for an extra mug… took them almost a day and a half as well. The luggage is a whole other story.. they don’t help you with the luggage.. they literally threw my luggage in the lobby and expected me to carry them all by myself!! How is that possible. The only good thing was the food. My salute to the chef (my advice: quit this hell hole)

Very beautiful hotel. Clean and neat. We were upgraded to a suite which was wonderful. The bathrooms are a bit small and the airconditioner in the room was faulty. Elevators take a bit long even though the hotel was not crowded at all. Breakfast was beyond amazing. The head waiter named Saddam Hussein was very very good and checked on all guests throughout the breakfast and made sure we had everything. Shuttle was good and came regularly. The signature Double Tree cookies were not available which was sad.

Our stay at the Hotel for Umrah(September, 2023)was amazing(Rm 2009). Everything was excellent; right from the ambience to the clean rooms, the helpful staff especially those at the breakfast restaurant( excellent breakfast buffet), the house keeping and the concierge. The shuttle bus was amazing with 24/7 Service. Highly recommended 👌

unfortunate experience, be aware of reservations via the phone as nothing is carried out unless you fight for it. parking NOT in the hotel unlike what is advertised and no entrance to it except through ANOTHER hotel . beds are truly extremely soft and not good to sleep or set on them. air-conditioning is poorly maintained and its hot in some rooms while its normal in others.service is not constant in quality , you dont get to see the manager if you request to meet him and multiple people claim to be the manager and they are NOT. It's not a 4 min walk to haram unless you take the bus which is not elderly friendly, they do provide wheelchairs though. not extremely bad hotel ( it smells nice mostly and its clean and food is not bad ) but its not the best experience also .. biggest scam is the haram view as you pay for it but you only see the edges as the view is like 80% blocked totally by buildings .. no way to see keba and i am in the top 2nd floor available

Had a wonderful experience with the staff specially in the restaurant Mr. Saddam and Mr. Farooq were really accomodating. What I loved most was about the shuttle service that you guys give. Looking forward to visiting again along with my family as well!

Spacious rooms, we got a free room upgrade which was a nice gesture. The reception and restaurant manager - Mr. Taher was very courteous and took extra care so that we were served well. Special mention to the shuttle service, there was a shuttle every minute that we didn't even have to wait to and fro. The only downside was the housekeeping ,we felt that the rooms could have been cleaned and maintained better

The rooms were very clean and big, the bathroom was also nice and clean. Room service was amazing, regular cleaning, new towels etc. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of options during breakfast. There is a shuttle service which goes a little closer to haram that saves you walking uphill. The only negative is that the laundry service in the hotel is expensive. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and will be staying on further visits. They go above and beyond during your stay, The reception and cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful.

Amazing hotel with amazing friendly and accommodating staff. The food is upto a very high standard especially the breakfast bar in the mornings All the staff are very polite and respectful and will always go the extra mile to make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible Highly recommend this place and I am definitely going to come back here in the future

Very beautiful hotel ,clean and close to the haram there is shuttle bus at your convenience The only remark I have is when I called to check room availability the call center told me there where rooms available, I had issue with my credit hence wanted to pay cash on arrival and once I reached the hotel reception (30 minutes apart from my calling time ) they where already telling the guy in front of me rooms where full and blocked , I called the call center again and they confirmed availability of rooms once again and the inconvenience was that phone signal wasn’t there around the reception area . The call center where very professional and helpful

Stayed for 5 days in the last week of Oct-23 and had an amazing experience. Location is good although bus service to Haram was also available. Staff is very generous and accommodating. Room was spacious and very clean. There are multiple and very fast elevators. Soundproofing was excellent. Had a very comfortable stay. I rate this hotel 5 star by all means. Breakfast was good with multiple options. Everything was very fresh. The coffee in the room was my wife's favourite and still I'm unable to find it in the market 😔. Next time will InshaAllah will stay with my kids as well.

Nice hotel v cute inside. Hotel doesn’t provide things for children in family rooms as stated on their website but other than this everyone is friendly and will try and help you and nice selection for breakfast and short distance to haram with buses available all the time.

Lovely location,shuttle service to Haram 24/7.very clean and tidy hotel.absolutely delicious breakfast (buffet) with a whole range of different foods to choose from.big spacious rooms. All in all an excellent experience and highly recommend 👍🏻

Stayed 8 wonderful days at the hotel. The staff are very welcoming and friendly starting from the reception to the restaurant. I really appreciate the various lifts available which ease our movements. The food was excellent and abundant and the staff members were very helpful. Mr Ahmad Sayed was always there to ensure his level best. I would highly recommend.

I was working during the construction of DoubleTree hotel until the handing over in 2020 but today it was the first time to visit the hotel as a guest after operation. I’m so grateful for the excellent service and the great welcoming attitude from all hotel staff especially Ms. Mardia in reception and Islam in concierge. Bus transportation to and from Haram was always available 24 hours. The breakfast was amazing and diversified. The welcoming cookies was so delicious. Rooms were so clean and new. Mattresses were so soft. I enjoyed my stay in Doubletree hotel. Thanks for your great and extraordinary service.

I stayed in this hotel in March 2023 with my wife( Fadumo Ibrahim). It is excellent hotel with what seems very new rooms and facility. The shuttle worked well for my wife too because of uphill can be tough for anyone not fit physical. I enjoyed the hill. I recommended to friend yesterday.

I stayed in room 2527. It was a corner room with views of Haram and Mecca city. It was just an amazing experience staying in the hotel. a. Free cookies at the entrance. b. All staff greeted with smile and were courteous. c. The breakfast was luxurious. d. Digital Key function was so much useful.

The rooms were a bit tired but very comfortable. The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Room service and housekeeping were always instantly on hand and helpful during what must be an extremely busy time. The kind and polite staff make this hotel a very comfortable experience. It is a little bit difficult to get to the Haram for those wishing to pray in the main Mosque but the shuttle buses that leave every two minutes make things very easy.

Fantastic spacious rooms with the best mattress and duvets/pillows that can be hoped for. Air-conditioning automatically adjusted to 20.5 in the day and 19.5 at night for perfect atmosphere. Breakfast from 0630 to 1030 is a fantastic spread run with perfection. Regular minibus to Haram shareef and back takes 3 minutes. Quick check in and out. PERFECT 🥰

Fantastic hotel , clean & tidy . spacious suite. Good value for money. Pretty close to the Haram although there is a shuttle service too if you are feeling lazy. Maybe an elderly person may have to rely solely on the 2 minute shuttle ride which is frequent and reliable. The only negative is that wifi was very poor.

It was a very pleasant stay for us. Hotel is very neat and clean.The atmosphere is very good. Very helpful staff from top to bottom. Cleaning staff came to clean every day. The hotel is only 5 min away from Haram by walking. Breakfast was included for us. It was a buffet and one of the best breakfast buffet so far we had. Thank you for everything and in Sha Allah we will come back.

My first time experience in this hotel was absolutely incredible. The staff were so friendly and helpful taking all our bags to the room. We got booked in nice and easily. Our rooms were big given the right amount of space for a normal family. Nice and clean beds and bathrooms. Such an amazing view from the window. Housekeeping was amazing and kept on top of cleaning. The breakfast of this hotel was extremely delicious given a wide variety of stuff to eat and drink. All waiters were nice and managers were friendly and respectful. Transport to the hotel was decent. I’ve experienced a great treatment from the staff, they gave us an upgrade to the haram view and they were very polite while dealing with us. The hotel is very clean and it’s just perfect, the buses are available all the time to reach the haram easily. Oh and they have the most amazing cookies as to welcome you ! I’ll come back for the cookies double tree <3

The hotel is relatively new. It is beautiful and the staff are courteous. The staff do their best to make the clients happy. The negative thing here is that there's a constant stench from the drainage holes in the bathrooms, it's very disgusting. It's a short walk to the Haram and the hotel pro ides a bus shuttle to convey the elderly as well. The shuttle isn't reliable however and clients have to join the shuttle for the nearby Marriot and Hilton hotels. It would be good if the management can work harder on the housekeeping service and the rooms aren't exceptionally cleaned by the staff. I'm not even sure the housekeeping staff use an hoover there's dirt on the floor. I had to request a room change due to cleanliness. Y

It's a brand new hotel but the maintenance was awful Poorly managed. the bathroom had a very bad odour and rooms were dusty. The round the clock bus service was the only benefit. The breakfast was not Worth it. I paid for dinner buffet and when we checked in we were informed that the dinner buffet was not available.

This hotel is great, location is very near to Haram also they provide bus shuttle, staff are very helpful, breakfast is delicious. I also want to thank Rasel Ahmeda the house keeper for his cooperation and quick respond

Fantastic choice for anyone visiting the holy city of Makkah, we had a near perfect stay. The staff is extremely professional & hospitable. Rooms are spacious & well kept. Breakfast had great variety & taste. To commute to the holy mosque one has to use the shuttle service, it’s a 3 minute drive & there is always a vehicle waiting so that’s really not an issue unless one has to maneuver a baby pram or a wheelchair. Would definitely recommend & look forward to our next stay.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. We felt extremely well taken care of and our room was exceptional. It was very clean and spacious and housekeeping was efficient and prompt. The manager whose name is Ahmad from Zafaran restaurant deserves 10 stars for his level of courtesy and hospitality. He was extremely kind, polite and had great recommendations. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
