My
kid
enjoys
the
kids
meal
from
there.
Walked
in
today
to
order
and
decided
to
take
him
inside
to
experience
the
order
from
inside.
Normally
we
take
drive
thru
but
my
son
wanted
to
dine
in
and
he
was
first
of
all
disappointed
that
kids
section
was
closed.
So
we
walked
inside
and
there
was
couple
customers
at
the
cashier
so
we
kept
our
distance
and
my
son
the
4
years
kids
exploring
the
inside
he
pointed
out
to
me
the
self
service
and
I
said
to
him
they
are
not
operational.
One
said
out
of
service
and
the
other
one
had
McDonalds
logo
so
I
approached
to
check
the
status
and
pressed
on
the
touch
screen
and
no
response
so
I
touched
the
keypad
on
the
card
machine.
At
that
point
the
unfriendly
security
personnel
aggressively
said
to
my
kid
“don’t
touch
it
and
of
you
break
it
we
need
to
bring
an
engineer
to
fix
it”.
I
told
the
gentleman
he
didn’t
touch
anything
and
I
was
the
one
pressing
the
buttons
and
it
is
none
of
his
business.
He
responded
I
work
here.
At
this
point
and
to
avoid
any
escalation
to
the
matter
in-front
of
my
kid
I
walked
out
quietly.
I
don’t
see
the
purpose
of
security
personnel
inside
the
premises,
unless
you
have
him
there
to
prevent
non
customers
using
your
toilets.
I
have
been
in
numerous
McDonald
branches
all
over
the
world
and
I
have
not
came
across
security
guards
at
any,
unless
late
working
hours
and
not
at
17:00.
Anyways
took
my
kid
to
Shawqia
branch,
One
security
personnel
outside
the
premises
not
inside
welcoming
the
customers.
Two
the
staff
kids
friendly
there
was
a
member
of
staff
whom
was
happy
to
assist
my
kid
in
the
self
service
and
she
even
guided
him
to
kids
area
while
I
waited
on
the
order
getting
ready.
