Good taste of chicken, like it very much. Instead of hotel meals, you can choose Al baik as your lunch or dinner.

Very much crowded place especially in the occasion of Saudi National Day. And only families are allowed to sit in the food court section. So I choose to 'Take Out'.

Why don't they have space for families to sit? We were waiting for almost 2 hours for our food 😮. They need to do something about their queues, something to make seving people faster... maybe self ordering booths... I personally only like one of the chicken sandwiches.

Worse Branch of akbaik, staff is so disrespectful and using foil language for customers...they stopped taking order for 20 min and once I ordered big baik they took 39 min to process my order total 59 min I spent on this branch... AL BAIK IS THE BEST but this Branch and its staff were the worst... Avoid this branch of Makkah Alzahir branch

Delicious food, too crowded, too long food preparation and you have to wait Ina long line to get your food

Food is good obviously because its al baik the taste of saudi but waiting time was so much more compared to people waiting in cue there was hardly 10-20 orders before me and it took more then 45 minutes of waiting .

The worst branch ever. I waited almost 40 mins and there were less than 15 costumers only. They didn’t accept to pay via card only cash. The Management most look into this and fix it to be as the same as the AlBaik that we used to know.

My sister lost my order's paper they told her that someone else took it !! But they were nice -the workers- and gave her the order and apologized for they didn't have fish fillet and gave her instead chicken fillet
