The best ice-cream I've had in Ethiopia, tastes the same as Italian gelato. Real and authentic Italian gelato.

I can swear by my God Allah that this is the best ice cream house in the whole of Ethiopia. I recommend the pistachio flavour and i also recommend the crepe with ice cream. Haftom

Puroamore might arguably be the best ice cream place in town. My favorite order is the salted cream caramel with a waffle cone. The price is almost double what you would pay for in most ice cream shops, but for me, it's worth every penny. I would say that the space can be crowded and loud at times, and you may not find a comfortable place to sit. Yet, you may find yourself just enjoying your ice cream with the crowd.

This is hands down one of the best gelato shops in Addis (if not the best). The smooth texture and meticulously blended tastes together with their great cones give you an enjoyable treat. The servers here are friendly and polite. The atmosphere is very welcoming and cozy. They offer about 10 different flavours and all of them taste genuine. Once you get here, you don't want to leave. I enjoyed my stay here and it truly deserves all five stars.

I’ve probably visited this place more than 20 times over the years. Their ice cream is good, though it’s on the pricier side, and the milkshakes are not as impressive. However, the place feels different lately after their fence and part of the café were destroyed. While I understand there wasn’t much they could have done to prevent it, the ambiance just doesn’t feel as comfortable as it used to.

A go to place for ice cream 🍦 , and i mean it. Location wise 📍 , its just by the road, so you can have your ice with car noises in the background... . Now lets talk about space, there is enough space to sit, couple, family, alone, anything alike. As for the price, its 95 birr per scoop, but there was a notice about changing to 110 birr.. So bring extra just incase. You can have waffles, crepes and so on. Its worth the hype i just gave ☺. It does get busy at times, so you will never find it empty 😂

How could anyone give this place a 1? You can TOTALLY disregard those reviews. They didn’t even put why they gave those reviews. Perhaps they’re the competition??? Anyway, this place has the best gelato/ice cream in Ethiopia. There are a variety of flavors and lots of ice cream treats like milkshakes, ice cakes, affogatos, and other yummy stuff. The owners are friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit…and another…and another.
