Totalna masakra, na wizytę czekałam ponad godzinę z powodu opóźnienia, po czym pani oznajmiła ze gdy wchodzę do przychodni muszę potwierdzić wizytę w rejestracji. Przy pierwsze wizycie nic nie potwierdzałam i zostałam normalnie przyjęta. Nikt mnie nie poinformował, że trzeba tak zrobić. Zostałam odesłana do domu. Do tej samej przychodzi chodziłam prywatnie przez prawie 3 lata i nie było żadnego potwierdzania, tak jak przy 1 wizycie na NFZ. Rozumiem, że ciężko o tym poinformować telefonicznie. Nie każdy ogląda wszystkie kartki wiszące na ścianach przychodni. Na wejściu widziałam tylko obowiązek maseczek.

Znakomita placówka jestem bardzo zadowolona z całej opieki ,przemiłe panie w recepcji oraz dogodne umawianie wizyt.Z całego serca polecam wspaniały gabinet stomatologiczny a Pani dr.Trojanowska to istny anioł.Chcialabym aby każdy lekarz zajmował się tak pacjentem jak Pani Doktor która jest najlepszym stomatologiem w Trójmieście.Z całego serca polecam

Mrs. Wiola (I asked for her name during the registration) is very committed to her work, with a great approach to the patient. I sincerely recommend this clinic. Today, however, I was surprised by what took place in office no. 14. The door is wide open, a man and a woman watching a TV series in Ukrainian (neutral language) very loudly, and a patient between them. I looked in disbelief several times, it was so noisy that they didn't notice me. The question arises - is it a DOCTOR'S CLINIC or a PUB. There is some kind of culture.

Гарна клініка. Чудове обслуговування - адміністрація врахувала побажання та ідеально організувала час лікування. Були у лікаря Антона. Огляд, чистка зубів, пломби та рекомендації щодо догляду за ротовою порожниною. Все професійно, якісно та головне небайдуже. Дуже сподобалося. Обов'язково повернемося!

Super przemiłe Pani w rejestracji, służyły pomocą już od samego początku, dziecko z bólem przyjęte dziś niemalże zaraz po telefonie, super Pani doktor mimo że córka nie współpracowała 😅 Dziękujemy!!!

Зустріч з вашою клінікою це було найгірше що могло трапитися. Лікувала зуби у пані Катерини(Budovska).Вона лікувала мені зіпсований корінь,який через місяць прийшлося вирвати.Також пані Катерина пломбувала мені 3 зуби,вони боліли після лікування,я позвонила і їй повідомила про це.Вона сказала що біль пройде і перестала відповідати на мої телефоні дзвінки.Зуби боліли місяць і я ій постійно телефонувала,вона записала мене на прийом.Але лікувати їх не хотіла,відправила мене додому,зуб почав гнити і прийшлося виривати корінь,і переліковувати зуби у іншого лікаря. За 1900 zl. мені зіпсували 4 зуби. А що саме цікаво що медичну карту мені лікар не заводив коли лікувала зуби.

I do not recommend I had a filling replaced along with caries treatment. The lady drilled out most of my tooth and glued it so sloppily that pieces of the filling fell off. On the same day, I found out privately at the dentist that the filling would need to be replaced because it was a temporary filling 😀☺️

Chciałabym podziękować całemu personelowi rehabilitacji za wszystkie zabiegi i ćwiczenia ,warto było tyle czekać żeby trafić na tak wspaniałych ludzi ,polecam tę placówkę

Idziesz do doktora 24.04 na 13 na wypełnienie, o 14.40 plomba już wypada z niewiadomych przyczyn. Panie z recepcji tłumacza się że plomba zrobiona na NFZ trzyma się gorzej niż plomba za którą się płaci.Termin na wypełnienie zaproponowany na 8.05.Odradzam.
