A dishonest company whose behavior borders on fraud. I advise against any purchases. We ordered summoners via the Edikson website - then we received information that the company did not have devices with the parameters presented on the website in stock and we were offered other summoners that did not meet our expectations, so we asked for a refund. Despite two e-mail requests for a refund, as well as a telephone request, Edikson has not refunded the funds paid for over 2 weeks. Therefore, we believe that the only way to recover the funds will be to report the fraud to law enforcement authorities. The company is completely unworthy of recommendation and any business cooperation.

An unreliable company misleads customers. Example: I bought a cash register from Edikson, a service technician came and taught me how to use the Subiekt GT cash register program. He instructed me that I should learn how to use the cash register on the first days of the store's opening. When asked that I needed the first zero receipt and a daily report and I wanted to get a refund for the cash register from the Tax Office, knowing that I had 7 days to do so, the service technician and the manager of Edikson stubbornly argued, arguing with the accounting, that I was entitled to the refund for the cash register. after exceeding the turnover of PLN 20,000. They mislead customers. I definitely don't recommend it.
