A
place
where
customers
are
not
respected.
I've
been
there
twice
and
both
times
I
was
disappointed,
not
the
place
or
service,
which
effectively
discourages
me
from
coming
back.
Young
girls
who
do
not
notice
the
customer
and
have
low
interpersonal
skills.
There
was
no
one
in
the
cafe
except
me
and
my
baby.
I
was
waiting
at
the
ice
cream
counter,
and
the
staff
were
absorbed
in
talking
to
each
other
and
preparing
more
desserts.
When,
after
a
long
while,
I
pointed
out
that
I
would
like
to
place
an
order,
the
sulky
lady,
in
a
tone
full
of
reproach
(for
noticing
that
I
would
like
to
order
something),
replied
that
she
thought
I
was
still
thinking....
If
I
had
stood
there
for
2
hours,
the
lady
would
probably
still
think
that
I
would
I
wonder
-
she
didn't
think
to
ask
if
I
was
ready
to
place
an
order/recommend
something.
After
ordering
ice
cream
in
waffle
cups,
I
received
ice
cream
in
regular
wafers...
Remarking
that
I
would
eat
it
in
a
wafer
bowl
for
my
child
caused
dissatisfaction.
I
went
outside
with
the
desserts,
and
the
staff
decided
to
loudly
comment
on
my
person-customer,
who
was
nitpicking.
I
decided
to
give
this
place
a
second
chance
-
I
went
for
waffles.
You
cannot
deny
the
ladies'
involvement
in
preparing
desserts,
but
again
the
service
and
contact
with
customers
leave
a
lot
to
be
desired
-
you
have
the
impression
that
you
are
being
disturbed,
eternal
dissatisfaction
on
their
faces,
no
flair,
no
smile,
and
the
waffles...
are
openwork....
All
it
takes
is
a
friendly
attitude
towards
the
customer,
a
little
smile,
and
the
place
would
be
really
nice.
