Located on the way to Salem steel plant. Very good ambience inspite of marshy surroundings. Compared to other turfs, the area is quite big. For playing cricket, a minimum of 8 people per team are required. Boundaries and sixers are hard to come and so one has to get runs in singles and doubles. Ideal for gaming and physical exercise. Like in other turfs this one is well maintained. Adequate space available for parking 6 to 7 cars and two wheelers. Night slots are available as the ground is provided with lights. Costlier than other turfs.
