Very pathetic service, you can find houseflies all over the place and not at all hygienic. Running an outlet without accepting card service and demanding us to pay in cash(UPI) or walk out. I use a credit card and it's my wish to avail whatever the payment mode, I wish to, its shame that such a reputed pizza service doesn't offer card payment. Rude behaviour of staff and order delayed for almost 30 mins even though I paid for one pizza via cash for my daughter. Disappointed, you lose customers this way and its imp to manage quality.

No proper maintenance of the washroom and the cashier didn't suggest anything and without any knowledge of how the billing works we only ordered one regular pizza and a ginger bread the price we paid was 700+,best I'll recommend pizza hut the staff there is so nice and they always recommend good stuff to save money, don't waste money here

Don't order via swiggy or zomato to this store. They will accept the order, without taking the time into consideration. After waiting for long time also, if we call them, they will say that it takes some more time. So better if you want to eat pizza step-in to the store directly or don't order online to this store.

Cold pizza served. Raised complaint to manager he simply closes complaint saying next time I will deliver your pizza first. Got to change the manager or improve service at the least.

Worst store ever been in my life. I paid more than 2000 and had to wait more than an hr to listen, 10 more mins. He was not ready to cancel my order or refund. I was standing with my kid. Service was bad! I asked for making a meal but the lady thought I wanted another meal and added it. Pizza was served without lid, when I asked for lid they said it’s chargeable. The whole dominos was filled with mosquitoes and was untidy. I would recommend going to another outlet

Domino's is basically good with it's good regional flavour. The food is good,but service needs to be more active. Order took more time for delivery.On basis of quality,taste and hygiene I'll rate it 5. On basis of service I'll rate it 2.5.

1. Staff at the counter are not bothered to attend the customer at the counter. They were carrying on with their own works. 2. The Dine in area is pathetic.. Abundance of mosquitoes to keep us busy while we wait on the order. We kept ourselves busy after leaving the store also. 3. Food served was good. Overall experience is not so good, not an option for a repeat visit.

We ordered cheese burst regular combo pizza they gave normal pizza, cheese burst means it licks but worst Making they charged 898rs for two regular combo cheese burst

No rest room/ wash room (saying under repair). Atleast Drinking water also not provided, nowadays at a wayside hotel also providing drinking water.

We have to order in online and they will provide in first floor. Taste is very good but ketchup is not available because of that we didn't enjoyed the taste completely. Related to place AC is not working because of that we felt inconvenience to eat there because of closed location.

Pizza taste is entirely different and not baked properly. Half is baked and half is not baked. We had stomach pain due to that reason.

I always liked Dominos pizza and the range of pizzas and tacos they make. Now, i visited this place in east Anandbagh after two years and i am extremely disappointed with the cashier who didn't respond, kept doing her own work, wore mask on her chin, delayed my order and while i was asking abt my order, she was busy counting money and making calls to other customers. Although the pizaa is good, the customer service has gone down badly

Good for taking devileries only as u cannot order there physically as you have to order online... However, if you wish to have your Pizza there itself then not much of seating available.

The ambience was good and there is a lot of parking space infront.There is a large space in the top which could accommodate around 20 people at a time.The taste was as usual the best.if the waiting period could be reduced, 5-star rating would be definitely given.

It's easily accessible as it resides by min road itself. Dine in is in 1st floor and u need to take steps. Orders and billing is in ground floor and they provide service to first floor. If anyone can't take steps, then they should opt for take away.

Worst service ever, not responding to calls and blocking the numbers its been one and half hour since ordered and no response or no food delivered. Will never visit it. This is not the first time it happened to me always facing similar issues from this outlet.

Nightmare experience. I have been holding on to write this review with a hope that Dominos might have improved delivery experience. But to my expectations they never let me down by meeting their pathetic delivery experience ( 3rd instance til date) . I waited patiently for more than one hour and had to collect in person eventually despite of paying delivery charge 42.86 rupees which is not refunded. But with much generosity they adjusted with carry bag which cost 10rs. The store manager will be hiding inside with much reluctance to speak to customer when inquired. I wonder what this manager does. For someone who order from this store via food delivery app will go through worst experience as they take forever time and not responsive on phone. Instead it would be advisable to order in person and self deliver to enjoy your food at home.
