It's in a great area, seconds away from everything. Safe area. Friendly staff. Clean. Low rating due to no bedside lamps so you have to get up and walk to entrance to turn off lights. A shower that leaks out into bedroom, no English speaking tv channels. I booked a room with a city view but got a view facing a wall. Staff were nice enough to move me but they moved me across from the dining room which has breakfast starting at 630am. The noise from there was enough to wake me up. Asked for a change, but nothing they could do except keep moving me as they couldn't keep me in the same room for the remainder of my stay. With the smaller issues, and with the early morning noise, the stay is still sitting bad with me. Maybe it's a 3... will have hope my grudging deteriorates.

This is a terrible hotel. Made reservations for two people. Guy at hotel doesn’t like Venezuelans and would not let her in the hotel. Would not return my money. Had to make reservations at another hotel and dispute the charges on my credit card.

This place does not let you bring guests over. They want to make you pay 90,000 pesos or 30 US dollars to bring guest over even for 5 min. Keep that in mind, it was not mentioned online when I booked the hotel. Will never stay here again. No dejan trae invitados. Cobran 90,000 pesos por cuada invitado aunque se quede 5 min. Nunca Volvo a quedarme aqui.

The staff are helpful and the breakfast is good with a fantastic view from the room. The WiFi is patchy and the bathroom very badly designed with an enormous shower & tiny sink with nowhere to put your toiletries! Overall it was good but not great

Rooms were very clean and so was a hotel in general. Service by the staff was outstanding. As far as location it's near everything. But like many other hotels in that region, you will get noise from the nightclubs.

Genuine and friendly staff. There was a gent who worked there who gave us really good pointers regarding staying in Medellin and what to do/not to do. The area is safe and bustling. The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. Highly recommend this place.

Very nice people very clean rooms! The breakfast is very good also. Location is excellent and very affordable! Book your room immediately if they have any available! What does that tell you about the hotel? Excellent!

The property was clean but the staff was unpleasant. Attempting to enter in my room multiple times a day, walking in while I was undressed. I did not feel safe with their protocols of room entry. Their only saving grace was the very nice and attentive bellhop. Overall, would not recommend, especially international travelers.

Rooms and location are very good. Breakfast with a wonderful view is also great. But the waiter at breakfast is horrible. He does speak with every single woman for hours and doesn’t serve coffees - sux.

Great location. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and clubs. The latter - when added to the 'normal' street noise - makes a good night's sleep unlikely. Some amazing new, renovated rooms. Old, tired-looking rooms are more quiet. I changed from a newly renovated room to an old one, trying to escape the noise. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast on the 10th floor, with breathtaking views of the city.

Decent hotel. Great location. Rooms left much to be desired but the location and staff made up for it. Also nice views for breakfast on the top floor

5 Stars! Excellent staff!! Valerie, and all of the other staff were 1st class. The hotel is very clean, and in the best location. I will definitely return. If you have any issues, the hotel will try their best to accommodate you. I suggest visiting Guatape, and Comuna 13 for sure. I stayed for 12 days and did not have any issues. Thank you for the amazing stay! With love! Mustafa

We enjoyed our stay here. The Airbnb room was basic but comfortable. Close to many restaurants.

The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful with everything, including our group's very rudimentary spanish skills. I also felt incredibly safe and looked after for. Excellent location as well. I will definitely stay here any time I want to visit Poblado.

Great hotel! Nice and clean. You may hear loud clubs down the street on Friday or Saturday nights but tough to avoid in the area.

Appalling customer service, they are very discriminating, the hotel rooms are outdated, not the pictures you see online, breakfast is poor to none. I had a big issue with their two staff Oscar and Sergio who discriminated against a family member that was visiting us, he was insinuating the family member was a escort, even though they had the same surname, I spoke with their hotel director Jorge, who was dismissive, dishonest and had promised to investigate and refund the unused nights after the incident, I refused to accept the behaviour from the bell boy and the reception, I left right away, the hotel director acted within dishonest, promised the refund and this never happened, I’ll be proceeding with the chargeback within my bank to recover the money I have lost, I’ll be reporting to the Colombian authorities (MINCIT) as they were very discriminatory against gays. DONT STAY IN THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE GAY!

We reserved a room for three. We were assigned room number 1003. When we returned after a fantastic dinner at a near by restaurant we found there was heavy noise from a nearby night club. The decibel level was 80. We could not sleep till 3:15am when the night club shut down. We quit the hotel leaving 2 days of paid room rent. Our new location was very peaceful.

Management now charges for guest. Do not waste your time. Great staff. But management rulls by fear. Great location and hotel accommodations.
