Building has a terrible sound insulation. During private parties and wedding music can be heard on several floors. No way to sleep with music and vibration.

Incompetent. I chose this hotel to propose to my girlfriend because of the beautiful photos and good reviews. We arrived promptly at 3:00 check in time. We were 2nd in line. Check in took 45 minutes. Upon arrival in the room, no towels, no working phone. The 2nd day our dinner took 1 hour to prepare. We were the only people in the restaurants. Day 3 the jacuzzi was reserved from 10:00-11:00. At 11:45 the jacuzzi was still not properly prepared after 3 employees attempted it. Disappointing service……Food was great…. Will not be returning

Elevators were slow like hell. Lunch and breakfast buffer with limited food choices. Hair dryer and room lightings not working. No coffee maker in the room. Express laundry service was not so express. Room wifi was inconsistent. Meh, luckily I only stayed for a night.

Hotel has horrible hotel insulation. I measured the decibles outside and inside and the difference was minimal. It is a busy street on both sides, so loud buses and motorbikes are common. The windows could be paper. I booked 5 nights and preferred to lose my money than to keep sleeping there. Very bad experience as well with the customer support. They gave me different versions as to why I had not been given the room I had asked for in the reservation (a quiet one). One of the worst hotel experiences I have had.

Best hotel in medellin, if you want to have a great view on the stadium and feel safe all along you have to choose Tryp medellin.

Nice hotel, good breakfast nice room service, but the gym is very very poor. No gym at all.
