Good menu and options. Very traditional. I loved their service, it felt like a family Ambiance. It's been around for ages, good to come to a place like this. I liked their pasta and lasagna. Kid friendly. I recommend it f you're around the area.

After being highly recommended by friends who work in the area, I decided to take my whole family (we are five: mom, daughter, baby 1, baby 2, and me) to have a nice Sunday lunch at Palazzetto. First downer was the fact that, although there is a sign at the door that says it opens at 11am (we are early eaters bc of the babies), the place only opened one hour later. We came back at 15min past midday to try the place’s most popular dishes. The server suggested: the Palazzetto mixto (lasagna, canelón, and spaghetti with pesto sauce), spaghetti carbonara, and spaghetti napolitano with chicken. From the Palazzetto mix, the lasagna sauce was too liquid and it included what I think is canned mushrooms; the taste was more of a typical pasta with napolitana and mushroom sauce than a lasagna; the canelón had a lot of sauce and the chicken inside was totally dry so I had to mix it before eating so it could go down my throat easy; and the spaghetti pesto was the star of the dish, specially because of the sauce which was amazing; the pasta, which seems hand-made, could be a bit thinner for a better presentation and balance in the plate. The carbonara plate was another interesting find as you could definitely taste the main ingredients of a carbonara sauce including the egg; however, in Medellin, it is common to make the carbonara sauce with heavy cream, thus making the sauce a bit more invasive than the traditional egg-based carbonara sauce; another opportunity for improvement is the bacon as it could be roasted a bit longer for a more intense flavor and crispy texture. And the napolitana spaghetti with chicken, which was for my kids, was an interesting finding: the chicken was very tender and easy to eat and the sauce was on point! Not sure if I would go back to try the other plates (including the tiramisu which seems to be very good) given this experience. Other dishes recommended by friends are: fillet mignon and the 4-cheese penne. If you try these two, please let me know.

Great Italian food at a very affordable price. Table menu and a classic atmosphere that sits well with the place. The menu has a wide variety of dishes sure to appeal to even the most difficult. The restaurant has a long tradition in the city and is one of the highlights of the downtown gastronomic offer. Be sure to stop by!

Stellar service and humongous portions at a very fair price. Be sure to sample everything on the menu, you will not be disappointed.

We were in the area and asked Google for restaurant recommendations and this place came up. It was a little difficult to find as it's only a doorway entrance off the main street with stairs to the second floor. I have to say that the food was only average and the prices are slightly high for Colombian standards, however, the service was outstanding and the tiramisu was absolutely delicious! Not sure if I'd go back, but certainly worth trying if you're in the area and hungry!

The waitress couldn't understand English and I understand a small amount of Español, but still we communicated with the help of my Colombian GF. Caesar salad was good and they'll provide extra anchovies for a small upcharge. Shrimp cocktail I would skip. Spaghetti & meatballs was excellent. The kitchen messed up the order on the first try, serving spaghetti bolognese in error, but the waitress caught it when she saw us picking through looking for the meatballs. Good rum & soda w/lime slice and decent malbec & chianti wines. Was able to take home an unfinished bottle.

It’s such a good Italian restaurant in the city center. Sincerely it’s the best meat I’ve ever had. When you get there, it’s a good feeling because the air conditioned and the food make you feel in a different place that isn’t the hot and noisy downtown

It is an excellent restaurant in downtown. At first you wouldn't believe since the sign is above a bakery, but once you enter you'll realize is a good place. They serve a lot of food and the have good prices, there is a free salad bar if you feel like eating something before your food is served. The service is fantastic, the waitress are very kind and nice. You can celebrate your birthday or any special occasion and make sure you make a reservation ahead, is not a crowded place but many people go there for lunch. On your birthday you get a free dessert and 20% off any dessert of your choice during the month. Parking can be tricky since is downtown but you can sure find something. No need to say how delicious the food is, the have small portions of lasagna in case you want to take something home and the pizza menu is offered only at nights. Amazing place!!

The food was wonderful and in very large portions for the price. It was hard to find the restaurant as you have to go up a stairwell to the second floor. If you get lost ask people nearby and they'll point you in the right direction. Be sure to reserve a table too before you go.

Super popular (queuing possible) old established authentic Italian restaurant downtown. Pasta dishes, not pizzas. Lots of character. Great service very professional. Lunch opening only.

Great restaurant. Teally liked the accual place as it appers it used to be an apartment converted to restaurant and gave cozy feeling and sense of privacy in some rooms. Food was delicious and great portions. Service was a little slow day I went (first time), but definitely returning on next trip. FYI, no parking, pay lot a block away.

The menu is simple and has all the basic options you would expect at an Italian restaurant. The service was professional and my seafood spaghetti plate was delicious with lots of seafood.

Delicious Italian food, the waiters are very nice and polite. Loved the lasagna however DONT ORDER THE CANELONES if you are hungry. It’s just not enough.

I was craving some authentic Italian food, so my wife and I decided to try it out. We arrived about 1:30 and the line to get in was halfway up to the entrance on the second floor. Shortly after, it was all the way to the bottom of the stairs and down the sidewalk. We imagined that was a good sign and we were right. All total it was about a 40 minute wait for a table, but worth it. I got lasagna and she got Salmon and a pina colada. It was all delicious. Service was very courteous and very well organized. Looking very forward to going back and trying other dishes from their vast menu.

This is a very good place if you really like: - Pastas - Lasagnes - Italian style pizza What you'll get here is a variety of pastas, all freshly made, all egg based, which might not be the taste of all, but if that's the sort of thing you like, this place is for you. Actually good culinary techniques, many "Italian" places in Colombia cannot make a bechamel sauce properly, this place can. They really have a process and technique when making all their products. Presentation could improve, but they do an effort and it shows. Ingredient wise we have high quality ingredients and all fresh. Flavour wise it is good for both elaborate and not so elaborate palates depending on what you order.

Not recommended. They Refused to serve me and my fiancee only because of my physical appearance. Do not go here if you are wearing: shorts, sleeveless shirt, or if the owner just doesn't like your look. Was very disappointed since we had every intention of having lunch and spending money on drinks.

Worst experience ever! Don't fall for the good reviews, awful food flavors, we ordered penne bolognese and it was just carrot sauce no meat, the lasagna didnt have any meat either same as the bolognese, the Caesar salad didn't have Caesar dressing, Trapanese pasta had no flavor, the only good thing was the house wine and service was good other than that awful food. Many tiktokers recommend this restaurant but the food is not what they describe, not Italian flavors at all.

😠 We ordered a mixed ceviche and it was very acidic, you couldn't eat it, the presentation was terrible in a plastic cup. We paid 28,900 each and it was just onion, a small fish bite and 3 shrimp.

👍👍 This is a traditional Colombian restaurant. I went around 12:40 pm, it was crowded but there were available seating. I ordered bandeja paisa. Portions were large and food was delicious. I also ordered cola zero and they brought 300 ml large bottle. Unfortunately 10% tip is included. I don’t like res...
