Food is good. Service SUCKS!!!! I mean it really sucked. I had to walk to the bar myself to get ice. The waitress never checked in to see how we were doing and the place is empty.

They’ve got a 2x1 take out promo. I’m sitting here trying to get eat-in wings and it’s been 45 minutes of waiting. I’m paying double all the other wings going the door first. You guys gotta take care of your customers first. The other reviewers are right also - the service is slow and you can barely get their attention. I try not to leave bad reviews but at a place like Hooters I expect the same quality of food and service as I would back home. Please fix your place up- you have great TV and could be the best place in town.

I have been here since June. I come to this restaurant every week and it keeps getting worse.. This is the 2nd time, they brought 9 wings instead of ten. The wings were cold.. it took 30 minutes to get them, we are the only two people in the whole place.. I have seen the cooks argue with the management, they don’t have half the items on the menu.. week over week this place has gone downhill.. oh they don’t have the same sauces. If you like your wings hot, flavor- don’t come here.. they don’t serve anything over medium.. Hooters management should come in and inspect this place, get it up to standard.. And they’re credit card machine hasn’t worked for a month but they won’t tell you until you get the check.. The management here needs to step it up.. What’s up with all the women being unhappy here too..

Terrible service. Waitresses spend more time BS'ng with each other. Food took forever despite having only 2 tables with patrons in the whole place. They simply do not care about service at this place. The manager clearly does not take any active role in improving this place.

Best for sports. Plenty of big screens to watch on. The women are gorgeous latinas with nice booties. The food is mediocre. The drinks are mediocre too. They have a huge bar and cocktail selection here. There's an upstairs area so this hooters is very large. No air conditioning, but they have fans. Come for the sports and the babes!

This place is disgusting. A legit health hazard. They actually gave me a half empty beer that wasn't even beer. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until after I took a sip. Then they had the guts to ask me if I paid when I got up and left (all I had received was that "beer").

Generally grumpy attitude from the waitresses. My friend was served a beer bottle that didn’t have beer in it. The wings come out soggy. They need help here. Somebody from the US needs to fly in and train them. They used to be good before COVID lockdowns.

One of the best Hooters on earth. The waitresses, no matter who they are, have been very courteous and cool with the patrons. They seem cheerful and appear to love their job. I always enjoy my time there. A couple of them even helped me with my Spanish. I love this place.

Paola is the best server. Hooters Medellín is a great place for food booze sports and the most beautiful women in the world. 5 Stars

Laura is the best service ever. She is smart, beautiful and friendly. She took care of me even though I don't speak the best Spanish. I recommend anyone to come to Hooters and request for Laura who is the best waitress. She has a beautiful body.

You can't even get a glass of water at the place without being charged for it. That's after ordering a full meal with a drink. I'll never eat here again. Food wasn't good. Ribs taste like they were boiled and baked. Absolutely no flavor. The waitress had to be waved over. She didn't check in on us periodically. We thought she'd left for the night, because we didn't see her for so long. And no one stepped in to service the customers she was assigned to.

2019 vs 2023 pictures I like this place. Food is good. Franchised of course. But it's a good place to see pretty hooters. Unlike the New Jersey hooters we have.

I came here for wings and some beer. Plenty of big screens to watch sports. I ordered 2 orders of wings because I was not able to order the 15 wings and get 2 sauces. This was a bummer. Service was great. Friendly staff. The bartender helped me choose a good local craft beer. I will come back here when I am in the mood for wings and some beer. Again, I had great service for a Tuesday lunch hour. I am not sure how it is when it gets busy. Wings were on par with what I remember from States.

I was looking for a spot to take my girlfriend to show her some more traditional offering of chicken wings- I would agree with some that this is probably the best you are going to get in terms of hot wings in South America until/god forbid they bring a buffalo wild wings over. The girls here at this location all are well endowed and absolutely gorgeous, but have an attitude like they are far above you or something.. Me and my girlfriend sat bar side and were never approached by any of the girls except for the bar tender, which I thought was slightly disappointing, as I told her about the girls and the wings as a highlight of hooters. Another small complaint Id voice is they did not put the sauce on the wings - they have it on the side or in a little cup. I would have very much preferred them to have been tossed in the sauce and am not sure why they were served this way. All in all, not the greatest wings as an American, but probably the best you will get in Colombia. People from the US should have a fair idea of what to expect.

It was neat going to a Hooters in another country. I went to watch UFC 279 with some friends. Friendly good looking staff and generally what you'd expect from a sportsbar.

This place is the only place I know where you can watch American sports they even have Sunday ticket! Their wings are the best compared to the rest of Latin America where it’s one bite per wing. The girls are super sweet and pretty buuut it’s not like América where they hang out with you or flirt. Normally they hang out in a group at the entrance, it’s sometime hard to get a refill on a drink: but all in all is a good place to go especially American sports, ( my experience is 2 times a week for 4 months)

Went in, said hi to the waitress who acknowledged me. I then sat down for nearly 20 minutes and was completely ignored. So I left. No beer, no food, horrible service! The Hooters in Bogotá is far better.

The service was amazing from both the staff and manager. I was here to watch the Astros game. Good music and good vibes.

Prices are a little higher than usual, and the girls are constantly asking you what else do you want to order... It could be consider as a great service and attention, or a pressure strategy to keep buying things.

Place is good cute waitress could be a bit more attentive, burgers suck, chicken is good. Good spot for a beer and watch football or other sports.

Disappointed that there wasn't many girls there. You expect to come to where the most beautiful women live and see amazing women in Hooters but there's more amazing women walking around. It's not like America

I was there when they were closing and service was great. Not sure how good the service is during normal hours. The wings were better than I expected. I'll definitely return.

dont go there thinking u going to get the same exp from the USA, place is nice, parking in front helps a lot, since the streets are very tinny, food was ok, but like i said before, it cant compare, other than that, it was an ok place to visit..good luck..

Best place in town for chicken wings lover. I recommend you to take the combo with different sauces so you can try them all. Also they have all you can eat offers during holidays. Coming to service and ambience it's one of the best.

The new cook sucks... Like really everything was too salty. Asked for 911 wings.. they lady goes.. we only serve 10 or 20 wings... Smh

I love hooters normally. I find this hooters is all name recognition and doesn't have the fun flirtatious Hooters attitude I've found all over the US and Canada.

Hooters in Colombia should just shut down. Its a pathetic fake recreation. They decided to have a staff meeting during the afternoon. Had to wait 30 minutes to get my check after eating. The manager told me they were busy and to wait. Bill was wrong. Waitress argued about it. I will never go to another hooters in this country. Its really run by a bunch of clowns. Ranch was nasty af

Went here to check out if Hooters was any different than the states. I walked out because the waitress never came around to take the order despite trying to get her attention. All the waitresses were just talking to each other the whole time.

Bartender told me there were no Philadelphia cheesesteaks until I showed her a picture. Then told me there was no cheesecake, only key lime pie, 30 minutes later I see a customer with cheesecake. Nothing was done for me a customer to compensate for the mistakes.

Food was good but the service was pretty bad. The girls were all standing in the front just gossiping and playing around. The waitress never checked on me by herself, had to call then back to gossiping and then repeat for service. Not sure if it was an off night but I noticed other customers calling for service frequently. I can’t imagine what happens when the place is packed with people.
