To
call
the
food
from
this
restaurant
authentic
or
even
Mexican
is
an
insult
to
anyone
who
has
eaten
authentic
Mexican
food.
I
understand
that
the
food
is
not
going
to
be
100%
like
the
food
from
the
country
but
to
claim
"DF"
in
the
name
is
the
worst
transgression
as
the
food
from
this
establishment
does
not
come
even
close.
Other
than
a
pre-made
hard
shell
taco
none
of
the
food
featured
corn
tortillas
which
are
de
rigour
in
Mexican
cuisine.
The
service
was
lousy,
we
had
to
call
the
service
staff
over
just
to
take
drink
orders
and
menus
and
every
single
time
after
that.
Not
once
did
the
wait
staff
check
to
see
how
our
dining
experience
was
and
we
had
to
work
hard
to
get
their
attention
though
they
were
standing
around
not
doing
much
of
anything.
The
quality
of
the
food
was
lacking.
The
best
things
that
our
party
consumed
were
the
water,
the
lemonade
and
the
chips
and
salsa.
However
the
salsas
are
not
authentic
more
like
caramelized
versions
of
Mexican
salsas.
The
biggest
problem
was
the
burrito
a
member
of
our
party
ordered.
She
said
it
tasted
strange
and
I
just
assumed
that
never
having
consumed
Mexican
food
it
was
a
matter
of
not
liking
it.
All
of
us
at
the
table
tasted
the
burrito
and
came
to
the
sane
conclusion.
The
burrito
was
not
edible.
It
was
sent
back
and
a
vegetarian
salad
like
the
one
another
member
of
our
party
had,
was
ordered.
The
salad
bowl
came
over
and
the
same
problem
was
encountered.
The
difference
in
taste
were
the
mushrooms.
Eating
the
salads
side
by
side
you
could
taste
the
huge
difference
in
taste.
The
bad
taste
permeated
the
entire
salad
and
c
ould
not
be
eaten.
The
staff
did
not
come
by
once
to
see
if
the
replacement
dish
was
ok.
After
once
again
having
to
flag
down
someone
to
get
our
check,
we
explained
the
problem
with
the
food.
The
check
came
and
we
noticed
that
the
burrito
was
not
in
the
bill
but
we
had
been
charged
for
the
unconsumable
salad.
The
manager
actually
came
to
our
table
but
did
not
seem
to
believe
four
people
that
had
tasted
the
mushrooms
and
instead
asserted
that
the
mushrooms
came
from
the
sane
batch
and
had
been
prepared
in
an
identical
manner.
Never
once
did
the
manager
adopt
an
attitude
of
the
"customer
is
always
right."
The
manager
chose
to
argue
her
posotion
to
the
point
of
bringing
us
a
small
bowl
of
mushrooms
in
garlic
to
prove
her
point.
We
were
all
nauseated
by
our
experience
with
the
mushrooms
and
the
last
thing
we
wanted
to
do
was
to
taste
any
more
mushrooms.
Worst
dining
experience
in
beautiful
Medellin.
I
do
not
give
this
one
star
rating
lightly,
but
this
restaurant
worked
hard
to
earn
it.
