Modern hotel in excellent location. Breakfast buffet was quite good and there is a very trendy looking rooftop bar. Hotel staff speaks English and are very helpful. If you have a vehicle, there is a parkadero about a block away.

Really nice hotel! Comfortable beds! Great location! Lovely breakfast! Although the room was a neat set up, the doors to the bathroom were very loud to close and can hear people on the other side of the walls easily. So bring ear plugs and have your white noise app going and all will be fine! 🙃

I been to this hotel three times the first time was very nice and the people were all professional second treatment was differernt question my guest about the stay when we already checking. Together and was given a key card not professional at all its like they had no clue . Third stay worst than the second room service was not done until late in the day ,secure box batteries were dead led to them replacing the entire box ,soap bottles were empty then claim they called on the cell to let me know about checking out but they never used us+1 area code never used whatsapp or called the room ended up with a late check out fee and no explanation just stared at me and asked for my card after asking them to explain they couldn't cause no speak English amlnd I spoke to them in spanish and still a lost look on their face never again and I will Tell all my friends amd family steer away from this place

An actually terrible hotel to stay at. I had a room on the 5th floor and I could hear every little detail from what was happening outside the room. When the next room opened their door, flushed their toilet, showered, you name it I could hear it. Any water use from neighbors sent a super loud noise through the pipes behind my bed and was really irritating. There's also no windows or air flow, it gets super hot and I'm forced to use the A/C which makes no sense since Medellin is a wonderful climate and having to use an air conditioner is pretty dumb. This is also not a 4-star hotel by any means. The design and location are great, but not functional since there's no sound insulation and the room is super dark and the front desk staff is not professional, friendly or good at their jobs. The only notable workers are the gentlemen who took care of my bags before and after check in, they are kind, professional and secure but the women who were working behind the counter do not have the ability to represent a "4 star" hotel. I'd recommend instead to stay at Landmark Hotel and not waste your time and money at this place. I will say however, the courtesy welcome drink, free breakfast and large comfortable beds are nice, but don't make up for the rest that wasn't up to par.

The hotel was nice but they should really focus on a few minor repairs. For instance, the glass door to my shower would not close and the connecting glass piece was literally about to fall off. I enjoyed the rooftop bar as well as the cafe on the lower level. I will give them another try.

The interior decoration style is great but just not my style. The photos of the courtyard make it look like a prison. The rooms are great but the door to the washrooms are loud and bulky. My shower drain was particularly slow draining. The roof top is great but the menu needs revamped.

The location is perfect. The lobby is nice, even if super dark. The staff is nice, sometimes super rude. For example, I asked if we could have water since we arrived late, the woman told us ''no, but you can find stores around''. What an answer from a hotel of this standard. The breakfast is really bad... one morning we had to wait until we finished food to finally have coffee. Nothing seems fresh. Party on the rooftop until late with SUPER LOUD music, we went upstairs and 5 people were there. It's ridiculous. How can you make that so uncomfortable for all your costumers for a party with 5 ppl??? The room are terrible... You don't get ANY natural light, even when it's super sunny outside. Also, everything is terribly designed... the noise because of the showers from other rooms is CRAZY. A train would make less noise honestly! We still enjoyed our stay but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, and won't come back.

Beautiful place to stay, right in the middle of it all. Reasonably priced, restaurant on the top floor, open ceiling in the center of the building for sunlight and rain for all of the plants. Yeah, I'll be back!

I really appreciated the aesthetics of this hotel---Definitely my type of vibes. This is my second time staying at this place but this time with my sister. The first time was with my father and his dog. It was totally a last minute stay and the hotel staff was super accommodating and warm. My father and I talked so much about this hotel to alot of our friends and family thats how great they were. However, this second time, the front desk wasn't so welcoming. My sister and I waited a whole hour and 15 mins before checking us in. It was not busy at all since it was midweek. It was simply because I paid through a third party agency and the person who was supposed to verify the payment was not in the office??? It was like pulling teeth with the front desk lady who was not explaining anything to us. She just sat us there and we waited and waited in an empty hotel lobby. The Front Desk lady wanted to charge my card again but I did not let her because why should I be charged twice for a one night stay? It just didn't make any sense to me but she tried to make it seem like I was the problem. I even signed into my bank account to show her that I was already charged for my stay and given a confirmation number. She made no sense, the whole situation made no sense. Ultimately, the Front Desk lady was cold and rude and did not apologize for the inconvenience that was literally out of our hands. That lady definitely gave my sister a bad vibration on the hotel. Luckily, I will not judge this beautiful hotel and the rest of the staff because of one bad apple. I will definitely give them another try in the future and I just hope I don't bump into that bad apple ever again..

We had an amazing stay at the Art Hotel in Medellin. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful if we had any questions. John was very nice bringing our bags upstairs and showing us the space. We also enjoyed the daily breakfasts. Would recommend to anyone staying in Poblado!

Excellent service and a great location for my stay. Felt like overnight urbexing. Minimalist style won't be to everyone's taste.

The staff here are wonderful! I only had one full day to sightsee and the staff took the time to help me figure out what was and wasn't realistic and the best/safest ways to get to each location. The rooms were clean and had an industrial decor that worked well for the building. The bed was comfortable, the food was great and the location was phenomenal. I loved the neighbourhood's atmosphere in the evening and felt comfortable walking around at night. That being said, I am not sure I would have felt as safe in the surrounding neighborhoods, I stayed where there were crowds and good lighting. If I ever have the chance to return to Medellin, I would be more than happy to stay here again.

This hotel was really great. They helped me with everything that i needed. It is also right at the entrance to Parque Lleras and a few blocks from Parque Poblado where the tour buses meet.

The location of the hotel is perfect - in a side street of the party and restaurant mile and close to the Parque El Poblado. It has a nice roof top, where breakfast is served. Some people are nice, others not. Check-in takes time and is not very welcoming. They mistrust you from the beginning (e.g. for every guest you have to pay 200.000 COP and when you move into the room, you are accompanied by someone who wants a signature that everything is in order.) But the worst thing in this hotel was, that you can hear everything from the neighbours: when they talk, when they get up, when they store their remote control, when they go to toilet or take a shower…! I’ve tried several rooms, but they’re all the same! The mattresses could use some replacing.

Lovely hotel. But ask the cleaners not to spray your bed linen with the revolting deodorant spray they use. It burns nostrils and lungs.

Beautiful hotel with an industrial design. The middle section is a skylight above plants that are all watered by the rain (rains a lot in Medellín). The rooms are comfy and nice. Beds super clean. The hotel staff are super kind and funny people. The bar on the top floor has very good food and drinks. Highly recommend stopping up there whether you stay at the hotel or not. Also they play great music. The vibes up there are super dope.

The stuff are stealing money from the room. Don’t stay here

Great experience with this hotel. Met all my requirements and necessities. Very nice and polite staff. Decor is outstanding and warm. Room was clean and ready upon arrival.

If you want to sleep, DON'T stay here. The music thumping will shake your room until 4am or later. It is absolutely ridiculous. The base is SO loud that the walls and windows vibrate. It has a nice appearance, lots of business people staying, but I'm sure that will change.

The personnel that works there was very attentive, polite, and professional. The new administration makes absurd additional charges, petrismo is getting into this hotel’s system. Now they don’t know how to take money from people. Look for better alternatives. I wouldn’t be back

Very nice place to stay at. Excellent service and awesome staff and secure. I would come back to the place again for sure. The location is excellent. Walking distance to great restaurants, bars, clubs etc. The rooftop bar\resturant is Awesome🤙

A 3 star rating doesn’t reflect how beautiful the hotel is. It’s a great design with a terrific bar on the roof. The pic is from the roof. It’s also in a fantastic location if you want to be right in the middle of the social action. The room I had was very small though and very poorly lit. Breakfast was average - mostly continental with just a few hot offerings. Also not a great choice for young children as the railings on each floor are very low and it would be quite a fall!

Clean room. Nice decor. Great location. Friendly staff. I had only one problem regarding an additional charge for a guest but that was quickly resolved upon check out. The breakfast is very good.

Hotel is located in safe neighborhood. I liked the breakfast. Pretty standard on that. I felt room is too dark and bathroom is kinda old for a 4 star hotel. Locker wasn't provided for me though I keep asking them.

Really enjoyed our stay at the art hotel. Friendly and attentive staff, nice breakfast included and a really great bar and restaurant on the top floor with amazing views and very nice decor. Not to mention the food and drinks were very good. Really liked the design of the hotel and our room was very comfortable (the biggest bed we’ve seen in a while!) the only slight issues were that the check-in process took long and our key to our room didn’t work. But the staff made sure to minimise these issues seamlessly! Thanks guys! Will come back for sure.

I think this is again one of those boutique hotels that look very nice on the internet, but in reality don't deliver what they promise.the whole ambience somehow reminded me of a converted prison, you have no windows, you can only look into the inner courtyard, the rooms were small and I didn't like the furnishings.
