This hotel is more I interested en Money thank the customers,the only good think is the view from balcony and they look the balcony doors, the food is berry berry bad,some employees unrespecfull, the font desk people berry berry bad behavior,the hotel is far a way for the turist places in a bad bad locations for travelers Dont book in this Blue Stelar Is meny better hotel in Medellin Dow Town

BE AWARE OF ROBBERY Sadly I have to warn everybody to come to this hotel as we had a very bad experience during our stay. As we checked out we left the baggage we had at the reception to recollect it later as it is usual in hotels. When we came back we realised that the Airpods we stored in the luggage were missing and the zipper of one of our bags was open. immediately We reported the missing item on reception and waited over two hours hours until finally the manager and the security chef confirmed that due the revision of cameras they could confirm that we stored the airpods inside the luggage, however they were unable to identify who exactly from the staff took the airpods out as there are no cameras at the luggage store room. The manager was very ashamed and promised to resolve the situation, however until now they were unable to provide any kind of solution. Even the police was shocked as we reported the case. As we paid a high rate for a 4star hotel, we expected safety which sadly in the Estelar Blue is not the case. I can not recommend to anyone visiting this hotel as a member of the reception is a thief. I travelled all around the world, including latin and centralamerica and never expected anything like this!

Very disappointed, with the customer service at the front desk . We were exhausted from a very long trip excited for our hotel and were treated very un-fairly and the staff were racist and disrespectful never booking here again . They denied our booking simply for being from a different country. We should not support businesses who discriminate.

Rooms are basic to me due to limited decor, furniture, and color pallette. They're in the process of renovating so some things may change. Location seems decent and walking distance to a few places in the city.

I really like Hotel Estelar Blue and its secluded location, yet a short walk to the main Ave., with all the things you could need. Additional restaurants, banks, money exchanges, the Santa Fe mall, medical centers, many community work area, cafes, bars and parks. I enjoyed my stay here at Hotel Estelar Blue. The staff was super friendly and professional. Breakfast had a daily variety to choose from and the hotel restaurant had good food as well as professional room service. Taxis are usually out front so when you are ready to go, if you did not call an Uber, then you can taxi to your destination quickly. The on-site gym was small, but it was refreshing to get some real meaningful sweaty exercises done. This El Poblado hotel is my style❤️

Everything was excellent, eventhough there was a lady named Laura that was not kind to customers When she was asked something by them she did not respond kindly to guests. It is important that employees look and act friendly, this includes her co-workers. Thankyou

We had a great experience at this hotel. Room was nice and clean, and bed was large and comfortable! The breakfast buffet was good too. The location is in quiet area a little on the outskirts of the downtown Poblado area but definitely walkable. A little far from the metro. Would recommend!

They make me paid the price of another person for the laundry service. When I ask for the laundry receipt they did not give, they gave me just after payment, and when I said they did not give my money back. A very bad service and experience.

Check in took a long while due to lots of papers forms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy.

Nice/clean hotel in El Poblado within walking distance or a short Uber ride to many restaurants and other entertainment venues. They have a really nice buffet style breakfast and front desk staff speaks English.

The rooms could have been cleaned daily. Also, the food options at breakfast were quite limited

Lovely hotel room with controllable a/c, safe, and very comfortable beds. The hotel has a small restaurant that was lovely to eat in during breakfast and dinner. The front staff were extremely helpful and had no issues communicating with me via Google translate. The area of the hotel in felt extremely safe and I walked around after dark a few times and never felt unsafe. It is up a bit of a steep hill, but the bottom of the hill is a main street with several stores and several malls within walking distance. The walk to the metro is down several hills and takes 20-30 minutes, but taxis had no issues finding the hotel and so I used those instead.

I stay in Colombia A LOT. While I am in Colombia I work. I have been to over 15 hotels, so I know what I am looking for. This hotel was OK. Let's talk about the front desk most of them are in a bad mood. I found one person who was super happy to help. Its not about helping its about the attitude to help. Let's talk about the room. The room is small considering I work out of the room. the AC is super loud. the bed is hard. the water pressure is meh, but the water is hot. It is clean. The cleaning girl has forgotten to leave me towels twice, I stayed 11 days. The restaurant. So since I got Closter phobic in the room, I started working from downstairs. The breakfast is ok, The service was terrible. EXCEPT Erica (AM) and Danilo (PM), they need to be promoted or they need to be acknowledged. At the end of the day even the manager was a bad experience. Erica and Danilo did everything with a smile, their willingness to make things happen was above and beyond. To give you an example that I ate most days all 3 meals there. When you are in the service business, its not about doing the job but doing it with a smile.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and it was good. Big rooms, clean and friendly staff. The restaurant was good. Mine included both Breakfast and dinner (first time dinner included in package). 40 minutes drive from airport and located near business area of the city. Good for short business trips.

I'm lucky enough to travel extensively around the world, and see a lot of hotels. I give this hotel a double A+, 7 stars - pick your superlative. From some questions I had before I arrived (answered quickly in my native tongue), to the first contact with the front desk, to every interaction with EVERYONE my experience was great. Friendly, efficient, and patient (with my Spanish). The morning breakfast and evening dinner each day, housekeeping, front door, front desk - i was greeted with a smile everywhere. And at the end of every day I returned to an impeccably clean room. Not a surprise since the hotel itself is spotless. These kinds of things don't happen by accident as we all know. Great staffing to go along with a really well-run hotel. 7 flawless days for me. I miss my amigos there!! You cannot do better than this hotel.

This was the best hotel of my trip to Colombia. Basic clean rooms without much fluff for a good price in a modern area. You are a quick walk away from where everyone goes out and are right in the nicest area plus close to walking. The breakfast was ok but for the price you can’t go wrong here

Stayed in a junior suite. Spacious & nice room with a balcony. The room however lacked all amenities. Had to ask for a coffee machine which was faulty. No microwave. Staff refused to heat up meals cos of covid. Severely understaffed and bad service overall - no English speaking staff which perhaps you'd expect from a 4 star hotel. When cutlery or glasses were requested we were told to go downstairs to get them ourserlves as they had so staff available. The breakfast during covid was a sheer nightmare. Staff had to serve everything behind a glass unable to hear anything we say. Very frustrating.
