I
asked
a
small
female
cook
to
make
an
omelet
for
me
at
the
restaurant
but
she
turned
down
my
order
right
away
and
said
that
there
was
plenty
of
scrambled
eggs
here.
I
feel
sorry
but
I
have
to
say
that
unfortunately,
the
staff
working
at
the
hot
food
area
weren't
that
nice.
And
besides,
I
don't
want
to
think
that
they
are
trying
to
spare
some
money
by
putting
glass
shields
in
front
of
the
food
and
getting
a
staff
to
distribute
a
small
amount
of
food
to
the
guests.

put
any
glass

But
it
still
operates
perfectly
in
a
healthy
way
too.

Bogotá
has
no
glass
shields
either
and
they
put
lots
of
tongs
next
to
plates
so
that
their
guests
can
use
at
the
buffet
restaurant
which
is
a
very
proper
&
clever
way
to
do
for
their
guests.
