I highly recommend this hotel. I would like to thank to the people who are working there (especially to Mr Adolfo). All of them are really friendly, helpful and cheerful, they make you feel really comfortable. These are the most impressive parts of the hotel. Hotel is safe, you need to take taxi to go somewhere, not so far from the city center. But it is really peaceful hotel. My three colleagues and me are really impressed from the hotel.

Overall summary: brand new facilities with a sub-par and deficient level of service, leading to a very low value for money. I stayed at Binn from Friday to Monday (in admittedly a very busy period of Medellin). First glance - new facilities, and clean, comfortable rooms. Unfortunately the service level in almost all parts of the stay were subpar at best and definitely not in line with the prices they charge. First, the check-in process was an absolute uncoordinated and lengthy process. 25min to check in with 4(!) people in the front desk, scrambling to find answers. Only to tell us that rooms would only be available from 3pm. To this we answered that it was ok, we could wait 15min. They immediately answered that they would actually need at least an hour or so to get the rooms clean. Unstructured and inefficient. Second, cleaning service of the rooms is apparently done between 5-6pm. To which I asked if we could clean them a bit later (as I was resting). The answer from the cleaning staff: no. So no clean room that day. Lastly, checkout process: with all the issues in check-in, I asked if it was possible for a slightly later checkout given my airport transfer. Again, the answer was no - this time because they needed to have the room available at 3pm sharp for a guest. To my surprise, my friend who I travelled with (and stayed another day) let me know they were still cleaning the room at 6pm - contradicting their initial reason. All in all, a very low level of service from staff (which is not to say they are not nice and approachable - there were nothing but smiles all around) tarnishes and diminishes the value the hotel provides, to the point where you can get the same level of service or even better for a fraction of the price. Until they address the underlying issues (service) this hotel is definitely not recommended.

Beautiful and modern hotel with excellent service. The rooftop pool and bar offers an incredible view over Medellin. Great location! Highly recommended.

The hotel owners and management should be very proud of their amazing staff. So friendly and courteous, they made our 9 night stay here very special. They even made my daughter a breakfast dessert for her birthday. Adolfo remembered our breakfast preferences every time and was such a happy person to see every morning. Loved the rooftop pool area and bedrooms. The beds are super big and luxuriously comfortable. My only negative remark would be wines available by the glass are terrible and expensive for a tiny amount but some nice wines by the bottle.

Really nice hotel, AMAZING breakfast included, AMAZING dinner in the restaurant on lobby floor (delicious food, amazing service and nice waiters, great cocktail drink), beautiful views from rooftop and jacuzzi -- I wish we had a drink up there but we never got a chance to. The rooftop and lobby floor restaurant werent busy at all and I wish they were because they are both so stunning, have great staff working there, and great food/drinks -- and rooftop view is literally amazing -- I feel like it's a hidden gem. The value for this hotel is really good -- we'd never get something like this in the U.S.! View from room was very nice, rooms were somewhat standard/nothing that unique. Only complaint is location -- it's a 20 minute walk downhill / 30 minute walk uphill to the heart of El Poblado where the restaurants are. It's in a residential location but because it's so hilly it makes it hard to walk places. However, it was much nicer than staying in the loud/crazy areas of touristy parts of El Pabloda where there are lots of late night partying.

Beautiful modern hotel. Price is unbelievable when compared to similar establishments in Europe and USA

This deserves 5 stars, for me it was absolutely best during my trip in Colombia. I stayed in 5 stars hotels, this has officially 4, but it was over all. Stunning views, modern, nice gym, pool area, breakfast, service really friendly. Location is little bit away from restaurants and bars. But Uber is working nicely.

I had a wonderful stay at the Binn. My only complaint was I invited my real state agent to the Rooftop bar and I was charged $323,000 COP. I was a bit taken back as that’s nearly the cost of a hotel room. That is the only reason I provide a 3 star on service. Everything else was actually fabulous.

I am not a guest at the hotel, but have been to the lobby bar 5 times. Great waiters, definitely worth the tip. Sergio is great and so are the rest. Unfortunately, the lady at the front desk is very incompetent, which makes the whole experience risky. Yesterday I had to wait 15 minutes with my date to settle the bill because their system somehow stopped working. In the end, I was only able to pay because I went to the main reception desk of my own accord and asked to settle the bill there (I was not given that option or any other option by the front desk at the bar, which is abysmal). Still, I was not even offered an apology after the whole thing by either front desk (main reception or bar). Understandably, my date was disgusted and in utter disbelief at both the unnecessary wait and the arrogance of not even offering an apology. We had to laugh it off because it was that ridiculous. I hope the hotel takes note and greatly improves their service at the front desk of the bar by the lobby. Lest they want a drop in revenue and reputation.

I was skeptical on booking this hotel because it looked very nice in pictures and didn’t expected to be in reality. Is new. We were completely amazed with the property, what a beautiful hotel! The customer service of each single person from the hotel since we arrived until we left was outstanding. The food at the hotel was amazing, Colombian fine dining, we spoke to the chef and what a humble and amazing person. We met the owner and what a beautiful person. Totally recommend this hotel and can wait to go back to Medellin to stay here.

Huge, stylish rooms, modern hotel. Amazing views across the city from the rooftop pool. The gym is very well equipped and a personal trainer operates from the gym, which could be useful if you’re staying for more than a few days. Special mention goes out to Adolfo who was very warm and obliging at breakfast time. Great variety on the breakfast buffet. Room service meals were beautifully presented and delicious. The hotel is located uphill (in walking distance or a short taxi ride) from Poblado. Just a few small niggles that could be improved. The mini bar has mood lighting which can’t be turned off, beside the bed. Considering the room has black out blinds, the mood lighting seemed odd. We had to drape a long skirt across the shelves and mini bar to block out the light. There was one bathrobe in our room, but there were two of us staying. There were water bottles in our room when we arrived but these weren’t replenished daily. I’m not sure if that is how it normally works at this hotel or if this was an oversight. Regardless, this is a great hotel and I recommend staying here.

Absolutely lovely staff, so incredibly nice. Some of the staff speak English and the ones who don’t go to extra lengths to make sure they understand you and you understand them. The beds are insanely comfy and there is no noise in the room. Really blown away by the kindness of the staff. We are on day 2 of 4 of our stay and are very glad we chose here :)

The hotel looks very nice and I read nice reviews on it. I notice the hotel is still closed for renovation. Would it be open by August 17?

I come to Medellín 3/4 times a year and I have to say this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed out here. The staff super friendly and treat u amazing. During the day Alexander and Mauricio always made sure I was good. At night time Ismial made sure I was right. In total this staff is high class. Oh and I haven’t even mentioned the views. That in itself is worth the stay. Definitely instagram photo worthy. Thank u again Binn Hotel u really made me feel at home!

Hotel is beautiful but they are very annoying when it comes to people visiting you. They all up in your bussiness and don't respect peoples privacy. They want to overcharge you for stuff. Wont be staying here again. Do not recommend!

The hotel is much too far from the activities downtown not suitable for tourist. The transfer from the airport was arranged but no price was given and the price of $40 was excessive and I think I was taken advantage of. I had an Uber to the airport for $21. You have to list the price of the transfer when you give the information to your client.

Upon arrival our bathroom got flooded; water all the way to the room. We were not offered to change rooms and I had to instruct the maid to clean up the shower once they dried it. The restaurant has only 3 drinks and no wine bottles to sell. They charged us double what we had paid the night before when we requested an additional room. Restaurant closed at 8 pm without warning the guests. The hotel is very nice, but the front desk personnel takes advantage and hiked prices and one of them, a manager, actually was pretty aggressive when I confronted them for price gouging.

Is the hotel open or still closed ? When will it be open for sure? (I see the opening date keeps getting pushed back ). I’ve tried phoning many times , emailing and Instagram message and can’t seem to get in touch with anyone there.

Restaurant Is great. Customer service pretty good. The thing that bothered us the most was the king bed was really just two twin beds pushed together. Very uncomfortable due that canyon in the middle and didn't sleep well. Pizzeria next door had the best pizza I've tasted in Colombia and I've been to every major city except Cali.

The rooms are nice but the hotel has a very small pool, hard to access the entrance as it's a side street off of a one way street. Out of 5 taxis that took me here throughout my stay only 1 was able to correctly find the front entrance. Overall I'd recommend staying elsewhere. It looks nice on the pictures but really not worth it.

It is looking like that the Hotel is under construction work. We Booked and reservated a room, but the Hotel cancelled it. The Service From the staff was not really good

I never leave reviews, but I had to leave it for this hotel. Listen, I’ve traveled all over the world and stayed in plenty of 5 star hotels. And this has been by far the best treatment I’ve ever received in my life! The hotel is clean, beautiful, secure, modern/updated, has all the amenities, food is delicious and close to everything. But the best part is the customer service and staff!! They will treat you so good and do everything for you with the best courteous attitude! SUPERB! Will definitely recommend and come back. You will not be disappointed 😁 I love it

This is a 4 star hotel with 1-2 star pricing! Place is very clean. Service is top notch! Rooms are super clean with no abnormal smells that you get with a lot of cheap hotels. The hotel has a bar and restaurant. Beer is ice cold and food is great. If you are gonna visit Medellin, Columbia, stay at the Binn!

I had to leave this hotel and the staff a great review. This was my first trip to Colombia. The staff went extra to make me comfortable including helping with Spanish language tips. It was also nice to have a good restaurant in the lobby for lunch dinner and snacks. Area is safe and I enjoyed the early morning walks. The views from the rooms are a nice treat. Medellin is a beautiful city. Very welcome experience for a first time traveler.

What is the email address for reservations. I want to book for August but their website isn’t working, I’ll delete the bad rating after I receive it so I don’t ruin the hotels reviews, I just need assistance
