I think this hotel is reasonably priced ,so you can pay less and get good location & a high standard of service and kind staff & janitor. We enjoyed a lot having breakfast at the terrace with wonderful weather. appreciate all of you guys🙏!

Great neighborhood. Quiet, spacious, comfortable beds - we had the best sleep. Fast and reliable internet connection, perfect to have work video calls. Nice and varied breakfast. Kind and helpful personnel. Highly recommended 🫶

Pros: Centrally located apartment suites in El Poblado. I appreciated the luggage storing facilities and the portman, he was very kind. Breakfast is also pretty good at the hotel. Rooms are spacious and ours offered really beautiful views of the city. The front was understanding about letting us keep our room instead of having to move. We didn't have to time to check out the turkish sauna and all the facilities but it is very appreciated that those exist! Improvements: The hotel really ran up against time to check us in (we had to wait to check in right at 3pm), which I haven't had to experience before, so perhaps this isn't the best option if you're looking for flexibility to check in earlier. Morning breakfast staff are a bit short/impatient with you. The second morning we wanted to sit on the patio and they didn't want us to, even though guests were able to shortly after us (15 mins after). Also, I had some friends stay here who noticed discrepancies in room facilities (i.e. her fridge wasn't working, her hairdryer wasn't working, no comforter on bed whereas we did, which I feel like that they should have been compensated or moved to a different room if the rooms are going to have those discrepancies). There is only elevator servicing at least 6 floors so it can be a wait to go up if you're staying in a higher floor. Summary: I think next time I may look for another place to stay, but wouldn't outright dismiss this spot as an option.

I've been to Medellín numerous times and this is by far my most favorite hotel. Staff, cooks, housekeeping are all friendly. Never had any issues. Front desk were always helpful and kind. I will come back every time!!

The crew! All employees make the difference at this great hotel! I stayed for two weeks and got to know everyone by name. It was like being at home so bad, that I was sad the day I left. Accommodations are good, breakfast is a tasteful buffet with eggs cooked to order, fruit, etc. Rooms are very comfortable and super clean, located in the best side of El Poblado district, this is definitely a great place to stay!

Our stay was incredible hospitable due to the efforts of the outstanding manager John who took the time to welcome us and give us suggestions and handled our request with ease. Grat views from our hotel, amazing breakfast selection.

We stayed at the 4th floor for 5 night, all the employee was excellent and friendly , from the Bellman, front desk, house keeping, and restaurant staff, all of them are willing to assist you, but you need to practice your Spanish. the only complained we have is about the room, we can hear all the noise in our rooms, guest foot step, guest talking at the hallway . but the location of the hotel is very quite at night.

This is a very nice hotel, especially for 3 stars. But what sets it apart, are the staff. Everyone is very friendly, knows you by name, and is willing to help with everything.

We loved the room. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. The location is perfect.

The only things I did not like were the bed and pillows. The mattress is too soft to be comfortable. The breakfast was good and the hotel staff extremely courteous. A good experience overall.

Great place to stay in Medellìn. Everything was great, from the rooms to to the breakfast. Everyone was incredible, Santiago at the reception was amazing, very friendly and polite, informative, and very helpful.

It's a nice aparta suites located in a dead end street quiet but still walkable distance from all .Park of Poblado and parque Lleras is a 15 minutes walk otherwise can take a taxi .

The breakfast is excellent, service incredible, and the most reliable WiFi I've ever encountered in a hotel (thanks to a separate router in every room). Sun drenched room, beyond clean, comfy af, etc Staff is first-class, like they came from a luxury hotel. The big desks in-room and wifi make this a perfect long stay hotel for remote workers.

I like the room and the staff. A decent size studio with kitchen. Nice breakfast included. Only reason I didn't stay longer is because they were booked.

Absolutely perfect and terrific! The service, the gorgeous, comfortable, big and it gives you a great big beautiful buffet breakfast included in the price and also everybody so friendly and helpful I really love this place. And the location is super because it is a 5 minute walk from the main boulevard of Medellin. This is the best part of the city very upscale gorgeous and the room is very quiet. What more can I say? Five star for sure!

The service is great and so is the location. The breakfast buffet was quite good. The room was big and comfy, the bathroom could be a bit bigger and updated but it was clean and OK. I would go back and definitely recommend it for the attention we got.
