Upon
arrival
in
the
hotel,
man
at
the
reception
was
very
rude,
unprofessional,
didn't
speak
any
English
(luckily
my
wife
speaks
Spanish)
and
casually
informed
us
that
they
don't
have
a
room
for
us
(even
though
our
booking
was
confirmed).
He
said
that
they
regulary
overbook
rooms
at
the
hotel
and
when
that
happens,
they
just
send
the
guest
to
another
one
of
their
hotels.
With
no
appologies
for
this
situation,
he
just
called
us
a
taxi
that
was
supposed
to
take
us
to
another,
unknown
hotel
(al
least
they
paid
for
the
taxi).
We
specifically
booked
this
hotel
because
of
the
neighbourhood
and
restaurants
surrounding
the
hotel.
Taxi
then
took
us
to
entirely
different
neighbourhood
to
a
new
hotel.
New
hotel
was
nice,
but
they
didn't
have
a
room
prepared
(it
was
7
p.m.)
so
when
they
finally
escorted
us
to
our
room
it
was
not
clean
and
ready
for
us
so
again
we
had
to
wait
for
them
to
find
us
another
room.
Eventually,
some
1.5h
after
the
initial
attempt
to
check-in,
we
were
finally
in
a
room.
