Worst hotel I ever been! Be careful! The lady in the reception stole my watch and she gave it back to me after I told her I'm going to call the police.. almost missed my flight because of her. The beds are very tough and dirty. Don't sleep at this hotel even if it's your last choice. If you do: take all your money and passport with you. Don't give them to do your laundry they overcharge and she lost few of our clothes. Be careful!!!

Full of fake reviews, this hotel is awful. Do yourself a favour and refuse the free breakfast, it’s better to go hungry! The place has no external windows it’s a little prison like, no elevator, not a single word of English spoken anywhere in the building, echo filled hallway is loud often, getting breakfast requires specific requests the day before (they won’t offer, you have to ask) no menu choice and no idea when it will arrive at your room. When it does it’s a ham sandwich and juice. Awful. One thing however - best showers in Medellin, amazing pressure and very warm!

Terrible.. Terrible.. Terrible. We lived there and there were times when we would be locked out because the receptionist was asleep. No breakfast. They clean the room barely ever. Has mold in the bathrooms. Receptionist & her friends play loud music all day disturbing the guest. They don’t accept card. All in all - Terrible, Terrible, terrible hotel. STAY AWAY!

If you are even considering booking this hotel, I feel sorry for you. If you actually book it, I feel HORRIBLY sorry for you. You may be thinking, “it can’t be as bad as the reviews say it is, right?” WRONG. This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in. The ONLY reason we stayed was because it was the only pet-friendly hotel in Laureles that would accept more than 1 pet per room. I was very close to leaving and paying for 2 rooms at the other pet-friendly hotel, but my cat had already endured enough trauma after switching rooms 2 times. The first room we were in was fine (aside from no WiFi for the first night), but they claimed there was a problem and moved our room while we were gone. When we got back to the hotel and entered our second room, the first thing I noticed was 5 or 6 bugs flying around the ceiling area, and what appeared to be flea dirt on the bed. I demanded that we be moved to a different room and they did move us. The third room was fine, except I discovered that the shower doesn’t work properly at all. Water would go out completely in the middle of my shower, and at times I only had cold water. After one night in the third room, we were informed that we would be moving rooms again due to another guest wanting to stay in the room we were in. I told them that if they try to move us to a fourth room, I’m just going to pack up and leave the hotel. The staff is very unprofessional and rude at times. They don’t clean the rooms daily like most hotels do. There is no elevator. If you have heavy bags, you have to walk them up 2-4 flights of stairs yourself to get them to the room. All in all, the only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the air conditioner worked well, and it’s right next to Kentucky Fried Chicken. Don’t stay here, especially if you don’t need to for pet purposes. There are much better hotels in Laureles.

The staff here were friendly and the rooms are large and clean. It's in a good location for restaurants and bars-but this means it is very noisy at night. We were there on a Wednesday and the music from the bar downstairs was pumping until 2am -and then people were shouting until 3am. So a great place if you are a party animal but not realky suitable for those who want a good night's sleep!

What’s good: Laureles is a good neighborhood, the room is big, there’s a jacuzzi and a common rooftop access. Modest packaged breakfast included. Next door is a nice bar+laundry. What’s bad: the absence of a window and the noise. Our room shared a wall with the KFC ventilation which was loud. Also, the trash bin pedal didn’t work.
