The
Manager,
Jarlin,
bait
&
switched
the
hotel
rate
6
hours
after
I
had
checked
in.
They
added
500%
increase
in
pet
fees
than
what
was
emailed
to
me.
When
I
told
them
I
would
check
out
the
next
day,
they
started
harassing
&
threatening
me.
I
sent
an
email
to
the
Hotel
asking
about
their
pet
policy
2
weeks
before
my
stay.
They
responded
that
pets
are
allowed,
but
it's
a
130.000
per
stay
&
only
service
dogs
over
8kg.
All
good.
Show
up
to
hotel,
front
desk
is
nice
and
checks
me
in
no
problems.
I
come
back
2
hours
later
and
the
front
desk
asks
for
the
service
animal
certification.
No
problem.
I
am
then
told
it
is
now
actually
130.000
per
night
(50%)
upcharge
for
pets.
The
manager,
Jarlin,
dismissed
the
email
they
originally
sent
(and
that
I
showed)
and
told
me
to
check
out
if
I
didn't
like
it.
