The
attention
at
the
reception
is
bad
some
of
the
guys
in
the
lobby
think
that
the
hotel
owners
when
their
salary
is
paid
by
the
guests,
they
are
rude
and
do
not
have
a
designated
place
to
receive
your
deliveries
they
receive
the
package
when
the
new
shift
arrives
Nobody
knows
where
your
packages
are,
they
only
say
I
do
not
received
anything!
they
do
not
offer
you
any
help
at
all.
If
someone
wants
to
visit
you
they
cannot
go
up
to
your
room
even
if
I
authorize,
I
do
not
understand
that
policy,
they
should
be
trained
better
to
work
with
people
since
many
of
us
are
foreigners
and
we
expect
better
treatment.
The
truth
is
that
the
price
of
the
hotel
is
a
bit
high
for
what
they
offer,
it
is
not
the
best
either,
they
made
us
have
a
very
bad
time,
I
do
not
recommend
it.
