WiFi 30 Mbps. Clean, new, nice. Pablo is the best bellboy I’ve ever met. Good breakfast. Convenient area. Better than some 4 star hotels In Medellin. Chose room away from street for less noise.

Location is great if you are going out and enjoying the night. You are right along Avenida San Juan so it does get pretty lively outside. It is definitely not a quiet place, lots of traffic, music, and fireworks. The rooms run a bit small. It also feels like the room design/décor leaves something to be desired. The walls are a bit thin, and you can hear whatever is happening in the hallway. Air conditioning works. Front desk service was great, no issues there. Very hospitable. I guess for the price, you get what you pay for. But I am not sure why this is marked as a 3-star hotel yet Estelar Square (stayed there for a few nights) is also a 3-star hotel. The ratings are bit confusing. I did enjoy being close to Avenida San Juan for a night. That was a benefit. It is lively.

Very clean and modern hotel with the perfect amount of space in the rooms. The service is excellent and the place clean. The neighborhood is pretty authentic compared to the more touristy north. It's worth a stay in my book. Always feel free to reach out to me on Twitter @joerazz

Paid $158 for a three night stay, and this is what I was stuck with. It's a bait and switch hotel. Does the room on the left look anything like the room on the right? BAIT AND SWITCHED

My wife stayed at this hotel for 14 days. Her fascination with the hotel staff, customer service, location, food, and everything in between fall short of the justice words can do. The hotel is cleaning, accommodating, well situated, and very affordable. She would like to give special mention to the kitchen staff, specifically Mayerli and Juan David, as well as Pablo who was a gem of multiple resources, The front desk staff was also phenomenal. We will be traveling to Medellin again soon and will not doubt to stay at this hotel again!

It is centrally located close to all bars and restaurants. Especially they have a wonderful breakfast.Rooms are comfortable and the mattress is nice to get a good sleep.

Walls are too thin you can hear all the noise from inside and out side Management don't no how to deal with any complaints if you looking for a good night sleep this is not the best place for you

Good staff, reasonable price. Decent breakfast. A little close to the entertainment strip so there is some noise – if you’re a sensitive sleeper bring your earplugs.

Clean rooms though quite tight, particularly the bathroom. Also the bed was pretty hard. Breakfast was nothing special, limited options. The location is pretty good for bars and restaurants, that being said if your room faces the hotel's front entrance, you'll experience a lot of noise from the street late into the night. Solid hotel if you're not planning on spending too much time inside of it. One saving grace was the Exito supermarket across the street.

Super comfortable beds and nice, spacious, clean rooms. Staff are nice but they don't speak any English, hence the deduction of one star. Especially breakfast we felt that the staff did not make any effort to speak English at all and when we made it clear we don't speak Spanish they just kept speaking very fast and almost aggressively.. Other than that, the hotel is in a great location and we had a great time.

bad experience! crooks!!! at checkout they wanted me to pay a 450,000 pesos claiming that i smoked in the room, while I'm not a smoker at all. Also - they had me to pay for 4 sheets / towels they claimed i stained 200,000 pesos. I never did that, it was regular wear and tear. stay away!

I booked this hotel using points with my hotel and should have researched a little more about it- which is totally my responsibility. Pros about the hotel: 1) free breakfast, 2) one gentleman spoke English which was helpful as I'm learning Spanish and not fluent yet. Cons about the hotel: 1) the beds are SO hard, I'm a side sleeper and I was sore every night on my shoulder and hips. 2)The hotel claims to have a bar, it does not. They don't even have a bottle opener on site, or a wine opener, so BYOB and a way to open it. 3) the hotel shares a wall with a bar or something, and 2 of the 3 nights we got woken up by music blaring starting at 130 am. 4) claims to have a restaurant but I think it's only used for the free breakfast. 5) The wifi in the room was like 5 mb and we couldn't work.
