Be aware that this hotel is next to a couple of bars and nightclubs and the music that seeps into the building is LOUD. I stayed on a Monday night and the music didn’t stop until 4am. Like other reviews have said, the walls are also super thin. I was able to hear the phone vibrations and alarm of the person in the next room. The saving grace for this place is the location, and the breakfast that is served in a nice restaurant on the first floor and is prepared to order by a chef. If you’re a heavy sleeper or are planning to be up all night this is the place for you. Having said this, I would not stay here or at any other hotel/airbnb near the clubs/hotels.

The staff was very nice and the food was pretty good as well. but their policies were retarded because they charge $26 USD everytime you bring a new guest after the first guest. Finally the lounging accommodations were mediocre at best, as the rooms felt claustrophobic with very little walking room and everything being compressed in the same four by four.

Friendly check in service and staff, however rooms are small (includes a double bed), but clean and organized. Booked through booking.com for $37CAD a night. Expected the room to be bigger. Includes breakfast next day. Breakfast was good (offered 2 eggs and 2 toasts and drinks). Restaurant food is decent and friendly service. Bed is not the comfiest. Walls are extremely thin, can hear people opening and closing doors and also heard someone “going at it” even though not on the same floor around 2:30am. That woke me up. Also can hear the nearby bars and I was only here for Wednesday night. Wifi was decent for work. I like the late check out at 1pm. They did let me leave my luggages there all day and worked in the cafe area. It’s tolerable for 1 night maybe 2, but no longer.

The rooms are very very noisy, there’s a party club next door that plays the music so loud that even the walls and bed vibrate. Also, the music won’t let you sleep, and the only solution the hotel staff gives you is a pair of earplugs. Moreover, the bathrooms are not fully closed off from the bedroom, it has a glass wall that does not reach the ceiling, so when you shower all the bedroom gets steamy and it feels like a sauna inside, and there is no steam extractor. Finally, there are some rooms that don’t have windows, so good luck to the claustrophobics. The breakfast is not a buffet where you can pick up what you want, the breakfast is only a fruit, a portion of scrambled eggs and a cup of coffee, leaving you unsatisfied. Don’t get tricked by the hotel photos, it’s not what it seems! For a similar price you can get other hotels in the same zone that are much better.

The location doesn't get better than this - especially for the price. Only regret is that my shower didn't have any place to put your soap, shampoo or whatever. And the water kept going onto the room floor. But wow, the location is perfect in El Poblado. All the best restaurants and cafes are within a short walk. Saved money on taxis since I could walk everywhere. Very lively neighborhood at night. I am a business traveler and my room had what I needed. A small desk, a place to sit and very reliable wifi. And there are a ton of nearby cafe's and restaurants. You can eat out 3 times a day for a week and never revisit the same place twice! So many good options :)

Cons: -Hotel is located very close to the bars and noise can be heard in the room a lot -Not a great place to stay if you want to relax and sleep at night -AC does not work properly -Only 1 key card will be given even you booked for 2 guest -key cards are needed to operate the electricity of the room so its hot all the time when you leave the room -No hair blow dryer in the room -Safe box is not working -There are insects in the room -Wifi is super slow and gets disconnected in my room -No outlet plug by the bed to charge your phone -The laptop table is damaged -Not enough darkening blinds in the room -The floor outside gets wet whenever you shower -No ramp outside for the luggage so either you ask for help with the Front desk or you’ll struggle to carry your luggage up the lobby -Bed sheets have stains -Room is very small with weird Bathroom layout Pros: -Staff are friendly -The free Breakfast is good with a selection of omelet -close to Lleras Park and mostly everything is walkable -Safe and secured area to stay -Easy checkin and checkout -Average cleanliness

I stayed in this hotel for a couple of days, so do not stay here at all. The hotel staff is very not friendly, unhelpful, and they charge you random fees that I have no idea of. Also, the air condition is not working at all, it was really hot at night, and I asked the staff to help and he never helped. The room is disgusting, there is no separation B/W the bathroom and bedroom, and the room smile horrible It is very loud at night, and if you want to have a bad experience, go ahead and try this hotel

Great cheap place next to Parker Lleras. I got a queen, smaller bed, window to hall way room (mostly for ventilation). I will start off by saying its got free breakfast , the staff cleans your clothes , comes to your room and cleans up whenever you want. I always tip 5,000-20000 cop … it goes a long way. Beds are ok and leave a card all day for air condition in the slot( bring one). There is like 2 Wi-Fi’s so make sure you sign in to both or WiFi will be slow. My friend was able to come up for free…. I booked +1 guest. There is ear plugs for the night because it definitely is noisy but I slept Like a bb. I paid like 24000 cop in tax for 3 nights and 41000 cop for a beer, energy drink, trident and cookies at the mini bar which didn’t add up but i don’t care. A lot moaning at night and during the day, lol! Its right next to restaurants, dentists, barbers, tattoos parlors, spas and other hotels… the gym is about 11 blocks south past parque poblado(other park) walking (Smartfit=$5 per day).

I highly don’t recommend this hotel. I went with a girlfriend of mine and felt completely unsafe by the staff. My other friend tried to help us bring the bags upstairs and we were gonna go out. She wasn’t going to stay with us and the staff grabbed her by the arm and we felt very insecure and no one should ever go through something like this. besides feeling insecure, the rooms are extremely small. You can barely walk inside and the bed is absurdly uncomfortable.

Our stay was good but I do think some areas could be improved. I think there could be a little more attention to detail and service. We often times had to ask for things twice. The staff was friendly and the location was great. The air conditioner didn't work super well but managed ok with the fan. The breakfast could have more variety but overall everything was just fine.

It's ok. In the heart of the bars and club district. If your looking to party all night and come to sleep then you wont be bothered by the Hotels Unique echo that will creep into your apartment "Bass,and everything included with the sound from the clubs that are wall to wall to the Hotel.......other than that the staff is great and the breakfast included with your stay is on point very clean and security is always on the look out for your safety and there's. Not family oriented because of size and of course the Noise. Check in check out and you'll love the place.

Really noisy. During the night until atleast 4am you feel like the Club right beside the hotel is actually in your small room.During the Day because of the inner so called courtyard conisting of only reflecting material and people making all sorts of noise. Rooms are okay but the hotel is very overpriced just because of its "good" location. The staff ist very friendly but still didnt give us back the money that we paid for the second nicht when we obviously wanted to leave the hotel.

Nice room great area the breakfast was great. The problem was the noise from the surrounding bars in the area. If your looking to sleep wait until about 4am when the bars close.

We stayed here for 10 days. The location is awesome. A lot of restaurants and bars in the area. If you are a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend. The staff are really friendly and very helpful. The only thing is the they don't speak English One time in the morning we didn't had warm water. Other then that no complaints. Would stay here again.

Beware, the AC doesn’t work and the room is hot as hell. Hotel stay is unfriendly and rude. No one can fix the AC, the TV doesn’t work, the place is terrible.
