They didnt find my reservation so the check in took 1 1/2 hour. Then I checked out after 15 minuts because the room was horrible. Dark with bad energy, a lot of bad sounds and a air condition that was not working like it should. Avoid this place! Its so much better with AIRBNB!

Breakfast was very good, Yamilet, a lady waitress was fabulous, friendly, hard working and cordial. Rooms are nice (try to take a room towards the back of the building to avoid front noise), bed sheets were stained and old. The lady at the front desk overcharged my stay of over US $100, saying it was due to the day's exchange rate. I checked afterwards and it wasn't the case. This was the second time this happened to me while in Colombia, bad apples are scattered around the world, there's nothing you can do but to keep your eyes open. This won't stop me from going back, I love Colombia, it's food and the friendly people.

Disappointed. Doors that do not close properly. Light that did not work. Telephones that thing I even had the cable to them. A true disappointment. I would not recommend this place.

My bed was so dirty when I arrived that I almost threw up. It had some nasty white stains on the sheets that made me so crazy. I called the manager and she was so rude and didn't want to help at all. Do yourself a favor and never stay at this nightmare so called "hotel" !!!!! Zero!! I give it zero stars

However, if you’re looking for a cozy, roomy, well managed, well located hotel in a quiet neighborhood that offers a tasty, healthy breakfast buffet with a modest selection of fresh fruits and cooked foods, this is it. Add to that the friendly front desk staff, Laura, Camila and Valentina, and Boris and Yamile in the kitchen to serve up your food, and this place may just be your home away from home in Medellin. 😊❣️😊

Lovely staff, always helping us with a smile. Some with really great English. The rooms are big and well cleaned. The bathrooms and showers as well. I really appreciated the breakfast. It is possible to order food and drinks to your room at any time as well.

We always stay here when we come to Medellin. Good friendly service with clean, quiet and comfortable rooms in a nice neighborhood. Many good restaurants a short walk away as well.

Staff is friendly and super helpful. Hotel is clean and rooms are spacious. Love the location!!! Located just a block or two away from Lots of restaurants yet quiet and safe. I much rather stay in laureles than el poblado.

This hotel is located in a safe, relatively quiet zone of Medellin. The staff is very friendly and the service is excellent. They booked taxis and events for us, gave us great recommendations, and even helped us exchange money. I am giving 5 stars for the quality of service. The decor is not the most chic, but there is a rustic charm to the hotel. You will hear outside noise in the rooms, but that is the case for almost all Medellin hotels.

Stayed there several times in the last 5 years. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly but speak very little English but they try. Boris who works in restaurant is really good. Location is great. Many restuarants within walking distance but they also serve food. Menu specials Monday to Friday change daily and are inexpensive. Fairly quiet depending on what month you go. Seems like always celebrating something here.

Amazing hotel! In a beautiful and quiet location but plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was great quality and the staff extremely helpful. Helen was fantastic. Would 100% recommend!

This was a surprising experience. The breakfast buffet is great. For the price and the room that you get not bad at all. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was big and clean

The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive to the needs of clients, in addition very trust worthy. After my 6 day stay, I accidentally left behind two of my favorite rings, I had not noticed this until they contacted me! I was already out of the country. I am extremely thankful to them for their honesty. Within two block we were able to find hairdressers, a great bakery, a nice, brunch, and good coffee. A few more blocks and there is la 70 with all the food and entertainment it has to offer. Coffee is something that the Hotel could improve on, after all, this is Colombia, famous for its great coffee! I would gladly stay here again.

Always an absolute pleasure to stay at Hotel Casa Laureles, very Friendly and efficient staff great location and comfortable rooms. They also have a great breakfast.

This place is definitely a "home away from home". I stayed for about three weeks and was treated as "family". I stayed in the suite with the private bathroom; the bed was very comfortable and the entire place was very cozy and clean at all times. The owner Diego, and his mom will go above and beyond to help you with anything you may need. Location is perfect since is located close to trendy restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops and parks. I believe that I went for a place to stay while visiting my mom in Medellin and left as a friend. I am from Canada and I can't imagine staying anywhere else next time I go to Medellin. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (and I am what you would consider quite "picky" about accommodations!).

OK do this is not a 5 star hotel but this is going to be the best affordable option for long stays. The rooms are decent, the staff is amazing and the location is great. The free breakfast is hit or miss and great hot water.

The beds were comfortable. The rooms clean and nice. The service and Stagg outstanding. Best service I have ever had.

Our stay was excellent and the staff at front-desk treat us very good. Without Juan we could not servive 😀
