I can't imagine how this hotel has 4 stars on Google Maps. Avoid this place unless you like a room door with a busted lock, a pipe sticking out of the wall for a shower (no nozzle on it), a no-choices bland breakfast, spotty wifi, lights in the room that don't work, dirty floors, and an inattentive almost rude staff. I"ve traveled a lot, and this is essily the worst hotel in Colombia.

Stay away-liars and thieves. Lobby may look nice but rooms are awful Paid for two nights and left mmediately, they refused to refund me 💰sheets are dirty and torn. Walls were dirty. A big hole in wall with plumbing. Windows dirty. Bed like a board. Many better options. Avoid!

Decent hotel with good location but pretty run down and plumbing needs work. Very friendly staff.

Good room. Great friendly service. My Spanish is not good but they always help. Lunch is great value. Restaurant service is fast. This is my second trip and I will be back in June. It can be a bit noisy at night.

Not bad but you will need to pick up a few items to make your stay more pleasant

The building is pretty run down and the plumbing needs work - its a bit smelly. But the staffs are nice and maids keep the rooms very clean.

Comparably priced quite clean rooms. Weekend staff very professional. The weekday staff unprofessional and couldn't be bothered to do much of anything. More vested in their Facebook accounts than servicing hotel guests.. room phones unattended...
