This hotel is nothing like the pictures and reviews. We arrived at night and the hotel was poorly lit and very run down. We entered our room and immediately saw cockroaches everywhere. We left shortly afterwards. I would not recommend staying here.

Best motel in all on Medellín! All simply because they invested in an Air Conditioner! Next time and every single visit, I am coming here for the entirely of my visit! All of these other reviews are rich and spoiled Americans who don't know how to appreciate anything. Amazing place guys!

Its out of date you are lucky to have a towel in the room no room service maid doesnt touch at the room breakfast its a joke they have no kitchen you get bread not toasted if yoy want it toasted they have to go in the basement that where ther kitchen is that is sad

This hotel discriminates guests. If you are a foreign person they will give you the best rooms, but if you live outside the country but still a colombian citizen, they will give you the smallest and dangerous ROOMS. Be aware!! Also the staff is very unprofessional at the front desk.

Cons: There is no gym available, the roof is not accessible and the bar is not open. Try to get a room not facing the street as is noisy as next to a main road. There is hot water, but you have tk wait for a while and it will take longer at peak times. All these things were advertised online so disappointing. Pros: AC works and smart TVs are a bonus however. Bathrooms are generally clean. Ask to see the room before you pay. Would recommend going somewhere else.

Horrible The bathroom was dirty when I arrived ! It was impossible to sleep because of the noise and construction the morning. Then the breakfast was to avoid.

I wish I had just slept on the street. The management of this place is abhorrent, they employ one lady to serve breakfast to everybody and she is clearly stressed and unable to keep up. We waited two and a half hours for a breakfast that was supposed to only be from 7 to 8:30. Which is in itself absurd. There were no towels in the rooms, no blankets, no soap, toilet seat was broken, way too much noise from the street, non functioning lamps and a "kitchen" that is not equipped with anything. You can't expect anything from the staff either. I'm sorry this place exists

No rules for people get quite during sleeping. Front office says Can't do nothing. Been said . Can't sleep. Don't recomend

You get what you pay for … smaller rooms .. room service is not so great .. no towels or soap or anything extra you would think would be in the room. Not recommended

Staff is so nice and helpful. Specially Maria and Naomi. It was such a great convince when someone can speak your (English) language. They are always ready to do things for you. Clean and safe place to stay. Food was good. Thank you Mria and Naomi for all your help.

Located on an easily accessible street. Clean rooms, good service and helpful staff. Staff go out of their way to serve the customer well despite language barrier. Few staff speak fluent English as all staff speak Spanish. But they are quick to use Google translator to ensure the customer is well served.
