A very strange place, one of the crew members showed up several time at my room with strange questions as to check the mini bar or if I had warm water. I felt myself very uncomfortable on certaint point. Also when a friend came over to visit me with a drink before going out. I had to sign a form and during checkout I had to pay an additionally extra 80.000 COP. What I refused of course. Don't go here!

In the room you could hear everything from the corridor. You could even see the light shining through. The bathroom door did not close right, the shower door did not close right. The AC was very loud and not usable during the night. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Staff was generally very nice but, did not speak well English. You will need Spanish here.

I was trying to invite a guest and they said that I had to pay extra, the guest couldn't even get in my hotel she had to wait outside, because I refuse to pay extra.

It’s the second time I stayed at this hotel , very satisfied, personal very helpful, always nice smile in those faces, breakfast excellent, very clean , room super nice bed very attractive to resting , very good location , me encanta el hotel su personal make you feel home and for sure I will recommend it and came back , thank you muchas gracias 🙏

4 power outlets right next to bed, excellent shower, modern room, 10 minutes walk to 10th Street where you can find multiple options of restaurants. I highly recommend this place

Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff, the building and everything is new and clean. The room is and space is great. Only issue was I could hear when people were coming in and out of the room next door.

First of all...you need to visit Medellin, Colombia...a vibrant city...with so many attractions and venues. We checked into the hotel at 3AM due to JetBlue weird schedule. Great staff. The room is very clean and modern. You can drink the tap water in Medellin. Breakfast included with room exceeds your expectations. And of course great Colombian coffee. There is an exercise area with 3 cardio machines...that's it. No pool. Quite frankly, however, you want to get out of the hotel and into the city. Die hard gym fans can buy a day pass at the local chain gym if training is a must. No problem...and cheap. The breakfast attendent, the front desk staff, and porters...very professional. Good for business or vacation. Nice quiet location too. Extremely good value for money. I will return.

I stayed at this hotel the same time last year and had a good experience but I had an excellent experience this past week. This time I requested a quiet room and that is exactly what I got, not to mention the bed was really comfortable. This location was perfect for my purposes but the best part of my stay was the staff. Everyone there, no exceptions, was super nice, sincere, warm, caring, you name it, made the experience so pleasant.

Rooms and bathrooms are small but well equipped. Breakfast is boring and insufficient. Service is the best and in order to find restaurants and visit the lleras area have to walk or take a taxi.

Excellent Hotel. Clean, modern, new, nice staff, and a super great private trainig gym, GOFIT, across the street that offers amazing rates. Breakfast was nice with strong coffee! Loved the shower with high quality frameless glass doors. Good mattress, and operable Windows allow you to take in the evening Medellin breeze. ONE NOTE FOR MANAGEMENT: The staff even change out the toiletries in the bathroom daily - which isn’t really necessary - save the environment and let people finish their shampoo bottles and soaps before replacing.
