HORRIBLE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. so noisy everyone is shouting all the time, they had a party while I was there 20 men all shouting and screaming and knocking on the doors. Didn't sleep at all. Genuinely the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel. Also charged me 50 mil pesos for a lost key card. Ridiculous.

BE CAREFUL BOOKING HERE. My fiancé paid for a room for his family at this hotel and the front desk agent took his card, wrote down his card info and then handed it back for him to pay for the room. Next day, 700$ was charged to his card for the airline avianca bogota. This was the only time he used his card on the trip.

Not a great hotel. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good. However the room was in disrepair, the walls are thin, the bed is hard, most lights in the room didn't work, the hot water in the shower only sometimes worked. They charge extra to pay with credit card. On top of it all, they randomly lock the front door and leave the desk unattended, I nearly missed my bus out of town because I had to wait 10 minutes for the attendant to return and unlock the door. I wouldn't recommend it.

This hotel is a complete disaster. The only good thing is it’s in a good tourist/expat area. We booked all 17 rooms of this hotel for a bachelor party. It took over an hour for the staff to figure out where the last 3 rooms were (two needed to be cleaned still and one room was missing the door knob and couldn’t be opened, closed, or locked). Some rooms had no hot water. Some rooms only had scalding hot water. Some rooms had no Air conditioning. Some room had lights not working. There was no shampoo and towels felt like sandpaper. The pool was cold and full of bugs so couldn’t even be used. They hotel charged unreasonable amounts for lost key cards.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location. We couldn't add a late checkout in our airbnb so we decided to get a room here for our luggage and to take a shower before heading to the airport. The room was dirty and humid. Not working AC and the bathroom was wet when arrived. They only take cash. We spent 1 hour here but it was bad. I gave 2 stars because we could check in early, leave our luggage, and enjoy the entire day in the city.

We arrived here super late, the guy at the front desk was super nice. Please be aware that they only except cash. I loved the room we stayed in. The staff I've came into contact were all pleasant. Swimming pool was freezing cold, but the weather was off and on rainy. The sauna was very much relaxing. I'm looking forward to coming back to this hotel next time I'm back in Colombia.

We stayed here and it was ok. Staff were very nice, location was good, and breakfast was pretty good. However, the pipes were incredibly loud (waking us up in the night), and we could hear every conversation outside our room, at the breakfast area and in the lobby. Perhaps more soft furnishing / more sound proof doors would help? The decor was not to our taste and seemed a bit tired. And the shower was a depressing cold trickle. We should caveat that we didn’t complain about the shower at the time though.

Not worth staying here. Avoid it. Colombia is affordable and you’re better off spending more for nicer accommodations.

The staff was very attentive, when we needed something they were very helpful and reliable. Best coffee Ive ever had at a hotel breakfast, food was delicious. The pool has a beautiful appearance very green and earthy. Loved Medellin I will be back!

The location was the only good thing. The service was horrible. Employees angry all the time. Our room was filled with water. The tv turn on alone at 5am every night. And the food was with no flavors. I dont recommend this hotel.
