for business trip okay, for vacations (as in our case) I’d not book it again. Good: - This hotel is perfectly situated (Poblado and the metro) - the room was clean Not (so) good: - the room had no daylight (there was a window but it was covered by the wall of the next building) - at the checkout we should pay for things we didn’t use - the first night was charged without my knowledge - breakfast less than average in my opinion (e.g. all other hotels I went prepared eggs fresh, here not) - stuff was not dedicated in our opinion

Great staff and clean rooms. Staff had anything we needed ready at a moment's notice, really made us feel welcome at the hotel.

Friendly staff. Clean and modem rooms. Good breakfast. Near "Zona Rosa" with a lot of bars, restaurants and clubs.

Good hotel however they charged a hefty ampount for laundry services. Wifi was weak to medium

Clean and very close to the metro station... Good also because is in front of the groceries and more "el exito"
