Hotel is located down a side street away from the main hustle and bustle but within walking distance to many bars, clubs and restaurants. The room was very spacious and bigger than average. Beds very comfy with good quality linen. Aircon very good and quiet, there is a window to outside and plenty of wardrobe space with a safe. Bathroom good with fresh towels and toiletries each day with great multi jet shower. Breakfast was cooked to order quickly with plenty of good coffee, cereal and fruit. A nice small seating area out front and free coffee and water in the lobby are nice touches. Staff here are polite and helpful. I had a nice stay here and would highly recommend this hotel for its location and amenities.

I booked this place after looking at reviews and I stayed here for 6 nights. First day, I was informed that there is no smoking policy. I almost went up in joy as I am non smoker. I spent entire six nights in bed smelling cigarettes through bathroom vent and A/C. A/C doesn't drop below 17 degree Celsius. It gets quite hot in medellin so that was a bummer but I tolerated it. I find bathroom sink cabinet totally dismantled and toilet seat loose to a point where it wasn't managble to use it. I can't imagine checking someone in without making sure the room is atleast serviceable. However, I was offered room change but I politely declined and asked it to be fixed. The real kicker came in with guest policy as there is only 1 guest per day when I have reservations for 2 people. I forgot my hotel key inside the room and I was asked to be charged by a female employee. Further more, female employee told Diego ( Male employee ) that she gave a new key to me when it wasn't true. Luckily, I saw 2 people checking out right next to me who only had 1 key and spoke fluent Spanish and English. I asked the female to translate and I didn't let them scam me out of $20,000 COP. I also informed Diego ( male employee ) to check cameras to verify story to which he later on replied that i was correct with hesitation intended. The bed was quite comfortable but you had to ask everyday for it to be serviced. The only positive experience was breakfast. To sum it up - if you're a tourist w/o Spanish speaking skills, People will try to con you. I was extremely let down with this experience. I wouldn't recommend this place. You have been warned.

!!DO NOT STAY HERE!! YOU ARE TAKING A GAMBLE WITH YOUR MONEY!! We booked our stay here in good faith a while ago, then just 2 days before our arrival they cancelled on us due to the room being double-booked. It's clear that they aim to overbook their hotel, then once they do, they cancel off the lower-rate reservations. This has to be the case as after we'd booked, other rooms were still available. This is highly unprofessional & unethical. As a result we had to book elsewhere & at a significantly higher cost. Don't suffer our fate, stay somewhere else. Staying here is like putting your money on red then keeping your fingers crossed.

Very happy with the accommodations here. Friendly staff (Miss Carolina & others), good breakfast, excellent location. Rooms have private bath, AC, fridge. Some on 3rd & 4th floor have bit of a view of the city. Public rooftop area is also a plus.

Great place to stay out of the noisy party club area nearby. Plenty of restaurants in the area to eat, very helpful employees who assisted me after being charged twice for my room in getting my money refunded. Your located in a safe area of Medellin and 3 blocks away from parque lleras!

I booked this hotel over hotels.com and paid directly. When I arrived at the hotel, reception told me they have no access to Expedia system at the moment so they can’t see it, i was not able to stay. I was charged already. Now hotels.com can’t reach to the hotel 🏨 probably not a honest company, stay away from booking them online.

Very bad experience, additional charges at check out. Due to electrical problems at the hotel we were stuck outside for half an hour in the sun, until they opened the door it was hot in the rooms, poor breakfast and for 4 days our room was not cleaned. The receptionists are really not nice and unhelpful.
