DON’T STAY HERE,UNSAFE. A friend got stolen $1500 USD from the safe in the room. When asked for the security cameras he was told that they weren’t working that day. Even though he reported it to the police he didn’t receive the money back. The manager is VERY shady.

great location but thats about it. super cheap quality, room had no window.. VERY loud until 4am since its next to a club. awful customer service. refused to cancel our incorrect booking for another date, and charged us for both. "breakfast" is a joke. just walk away from that. trust me.

Very nice boutique hotel in El Poblado close to Parque Lleras but far enough from the loud party noise. Surrounded by many restaurants and bars. The room and other facilities are well-kept and the are very nice. My room was huge with Jacuzzi. Breakfast was also really good with ample selections. The only let down was there wasn't hot water during my stay. Although I was notified during the booking process it wasn't really their fault. Other than that everything was great and I had a good experience. It was also the best price I found in the area of Poblado. I can totally recommend it.

Horrible hotel. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. The assigned room smell to marihuana and tobacco. They gave us a smaller room that was humid, AC didn’t work (the person at the front desk gave us his small fan), there was humidity in every wall of the room and the bathroom (see pictures). The neighborhood is dangerous at night. The worst experience ever.

Great location. Waking distance to metro, lleras park, and many great restaurants and bars. Breakfast is also great and the hotel crew is friendly and helpful. The one annoying downside is the ridiculous fee the hotel charges for visitors who are not listed on the original reservation.

the nighttime front dest staffs are rude and horrible customer service. They charge you extra for bring a guess into your room. Daytime staffs are nice and welcoming. The bed is super uncomfortable, they put plastic cover on mattress and pillows it become super hot night. the breakfast is horrible. The only positive experience I have about this hotel is a good location.

It is quite basic hotel. The staffs do not speak English. We had to type everything on Google translate to communicate. Room both room does bot have fa. And ventilation system. After a shower the room is very humid. Breakfast is basic but not bad. The best thing about this hotel is location. It is in best location. Very close to all you need and expect plus very leafy. In total, it is good valie for miney.
