I love the location, Entire Team is very friendly and very professional. Love the breakfast. Pool area is very clean same as spacious rooms . Hope to come back soon and book with them as I come to El poblado, Medellín every 2 months.

HORRIBLE. I don't recommend it. Let me start with the pros to be fair. PROS: Staff seem genuinely kind hearted. Nice part of Poblado, a little remote neighborhood that is very clean and quiet. This is an old redone house. Nice little pool, usually empty. CONS: Check in takes about 30 minutes. No taxis go here, you have to walk down the hill to get one and they are not always able to call you one. Staff very inattentive, cannot do basic things like get you more water, etc. Overpriced for value you are getting. Internet does not work. Mosquito problem. They tried to charge me almost double because I had my girlfriend stay in my room a few hours to visit...: :( crazy. The base rate is already too much but they secretly double it if you have a guest in the room! Breakfast is just a few hard croissants. Coffee doesn't have milk. Being an old house you can hear everyone in every other room Point is: Stay away!

Price quality ratio is great. The breakfast is served by the pool so you can watch birds and squirrels while you take it. Staff is kind, location good, neighborhood super quiet and safe.

We were 6 families traveling through Colombia and stayed here for a few nights while we visited different areas each day. Our room didn't have AC so we were miserable at night. My friends room had a moldy smell. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast is delicious. The location is great and a quick drive to the restaurant area

The hotel is located close to the city centre, but far enough to be very quiet. The family room is not 4 star worthy. There are mold stains on the ceiling everywhere, stains on the bed and it is very dark, even with the lights on. On the inside of the bathroom there is no door handle, which made it hard to open the door. After telling and showing the receptionist (woman) she assured me that they would be taking care of it the next day, but they never did. There are 3 options for breakfast: eggs, a cheese sandwich or cereal, with fruit, juice and coffee/tea which are all very tasty, but after a week it gets a bit boring. Wifi signal is very bad, which made it impossible for me to get some work done. Most staff members don't speak any English, not even the basics, except for the chico at breakfast and the receptionist from Venezuela (who is by the way the most friendly of them all).

stayed 2 nights here in 2017. Fantastic little hotel. Clean pool, decent breakfast and a spotless, comfortable room. Was also reasonably priced (130m pesos at the time).

Beautiful hotel located in a safe, accessible area of Medellin. Clean rooms, delicious breakfast, all the amenities, and the staff are very friendly and available for whatever you need to feel comfortable and enjoy your time.

It's not a increíble hotel , but is what you need if your going to spend the day outside. The beds are confortable, the ROom is clean , the shower have a good amount of water . The breakfast you can choose between different egg styles or sandwich, bread and arepa. You will have WiFi if you need. From parque lleras the hotel is like 8 minutes away.

Very attentive people on a very clean place with affordable rates

This place was not the place that we hoped it would be, we were not comfortable, so we left early. The staff were great, but that was not enough to keep us there.
