If I could I would give the hotel 4.5 stars. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. During the day they are very well staffed. Breakfast is included with the room and is very good. They have a nice selection and variety. WiFi is also included with the booking. It is a great location. It is on a quiet street but there are a large number of restaurants, night clubs, etc within a short walking distance. They is the good. The rooms are on the small side. Even worse most of them have interior views. The other negative is that tour buses user this hotel when in town. There are two types of travelers. Those that travel in large organized tours and those that do not. These two groups generally do not mix well.

Excellent hotel and extremely helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff went above and beyond helping me make my mom comfortable during her stay while getting cancer treatment. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Medellín for any reason. Location is very convenient and safe.

Secure hotel, Infront of a Catholic church. Not expensive, near of several comercial center like exito, home center, and 70 avenue where the hosters enjoy dancing in several disco.

Stayed here in the Month of may 21 during the lockdown! Very Nice staff and clean spacious rooms. Ubication was good. They have very good and fast WiFi.

I had a 2 a.m. check in because of my flight. I was greeted at the cab and was checked in promptly, I had a reservation. There was a gentleman that came in right after me stating he had been at several hotels and checked out. He hoped this hotel would be to his liking. He was still there when I left a week later. It is the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in, the cleaning was non stop. All the staff were pleasant, helpful and very friendly. If you want to be treated special, this is the place to stay. They printed my boarding pass for my trip hope and arranged a taxi at a good rate to pick my up at 4 a.m. I will return and this is where I will call home while in Medellin.

Very good hotel for a very reasonable price. Great breakfast too. Rooms are super clean and quiet. My wife and i had a view of Medellín like no other.

Very nice hotel to go to work and have a good places to take dinner and a coffee break close to the hotel, the service can be improved but the people was very kind, the breakfast have to be a little more changed between the days more different chooses. In general was good

Excellent quaint hotel . I just returned to this hotel because of the excellent service and comfort provided by each and every employee . The facilities are modern and very very clean. There are all kinds of restaurants and services within walking distance. Transportation is excellent 24 hrs a day.

Best small hotel in Medellín. Outstanding service provided by a great team of employees. Everyone I met introduced themselves, told me where they worked and reiterated to let them know of anything they could do to make my stay pleasant.
