I only visit the vegan restaurant they have wich is also open to the public. Must said that i enjoy the potato soup. A quiet place to dine. Hope to stay in some time.

This hotel was a bit disappointing. I chose this place over countless other options solely because of the sauna and it was closed during practically my whole stay. The one day it was open, it closed early. You would think they keep it open late in the evening so we can come to the hotel after a long day but nope! It was 7pm and it was already closed. The room was clean but it felt dark. The only window in the room faced an interior “courtyard” that has lights on censors so they’re off all the time. It was also very small. Barely enough room for one person. The neighbor is quite and very walkable. There’s plenty of shops nearby and it was pretty safe. Definitely not worth the money though.

One of the nicest places I've stayed in Medellin. Good facilities, an exercise area with sauna and lounge chair areas.

Our second night and we haven't been able to sleep. There are a group of kids staying and they been running up and down, screaming, etc at midnight, 3 am and 6 am. And the receptionist all he said that he can't control them.

Small rooms, not worthy of a 4 star hotel. Very good location, in a safe neighbourhood and close to lots of bars and restaurants. Not too many options at the breakfast.

The Hotel is in a pretty good location. Its a few minutes walking nearly in any direction to shops, restaurants, grocery stores and the mall. They serve daily breakfast (for free), lunch and dinner is paid. The plate of the day is only about 13,000cop. The junior suite room is a decent size and the jacuzzi is a nice touch. The wifi could be a bit better. It's strong and fast but you'll lose the connection quite often. At least we did which can make it a little difficult if you are working remote and using a lot of video conferencing. All in all we still extended our stay for a few extra days because it was worth it! Clean, affordable and more importantly we felt safe staying here.

Overall this is a good hotel in a good location. Check in - we arrived November 30th around 3:15pm. There were 3 people together at the reception desk trying to figure out... SOMETHING. It took them 45 minutes for whatever they were negotiating about with the receptionist. The receptionist saw us waiting to check in and didn't do much to hurry along the situation. Room - The room was nice. The refrigerator didn't have a freezer top area/thing. It was broke. Gym/fitness area - The first treadmill stopped working after 3 minutes. It just completely shut off. I toggle with the on/off button and replugged it in and it still wouldn't turn back on. Breakfast - The breakfast was alright but the dining staff lacked proficiency. I pulled out google translator and specifically told them NO ONIONS on my omelet. Sure enough... my omelet had onions in it.

Located in a convenient, tranquil and not heavy traffic area of the city. Clean room with a spacious wardrobe. Friendly staff at the desk with a smile always ready to help and provide support and information.

Really nice place. The room and bathroom were pretty small, but clean and very comfortable. This is my top pick for the price in Laureles. I loved the top floor deck with the nice views. Great costumer service too.

This hotel was an excellent place to stay, the manager and the staff were very nice and kind. They provided me will all the help and service needed, I can't thank them enough for all the help and kindness they have provided me. I would definitely come to this hotel again and recommend this to anyone staying in Medellin :)

Its just ok if its under 20. The beds were hard snd rooms small.

Overpriced for what they provide, hiding behind the word "eco" to provide less than minimum services. .

Good budget hotel. No frills.
