    Totally incompetent institution! Careless employees, endless waiting time and absolutely zero customer support and service. Worse hospital I ever visited. (Not even WIFi is working properly at the so called presidential suite) Totally overpriced with no patients support at all. After treatment trying to make an important appointment to follow up and since one week nobody is answering any phone, neither the two designated WhatsApp numbers to make an appointment. They don’t even care to answer any kind of complain or answering messages. Don’t even think about to waste your time, money or health at such unfriendly and low level clinic!

    DON’T COME HERE IF YOU ARE FACING AN EMERGENCY. They are really inefficient. I was feeling terrible and I had to wait for hours. A guy called Alcides, who is a receptionist, proudly said “The system is collapsed, we are taking from 3 to 4 hours to handle an emergency”.

    Horrible attention. You would only be attended if you are rich (800,000 deposit for a simple appointment). Health system is awful in this country, especially in private hospitals.

    Went to Las Vegas Hospital for Malaria diagnostic and treatment. I was more than disappointed with my visit! Overpriced, very slow working and completely careless staff! I waited more than 10 hours for the results of a malaria quicktest that should not take more than one hour. Valuable time was lost! I left paying a ridiculous amount of money without even being treated! If you seek treatment as a tourist/expand do not ever go to Las Vegas hospital! It’s not meant to treat or cure you in any way! They just want your money!! A disgrace!

    Horrible clinic! Careless staff, they only care about the money than saving someone’s life. For the foreigners I don’t recommend coming here please go somewhere else! My dad has been hospitalized over a week now and my mom had been his nurse & paying over 30 million pesos!? Ridiculous. There’s a doctor named Andrea who treated my dad very poorly and unprofessional. This clinic needs to improve their service and staff.

    It is good for very basic urgencies, not to be prepared for elderly people and complex diseases. Take long time for pre evaluation so if you have a very complex issue you might pray... in general they don´t have good rooms, and the worst wifi internet access (chinese infra). Some quality customer service representative will ask if you are comfortable or not... guess what? I was 6 times with some relatives there through 1 year and nothing has changed.

    Wonderful clinic. Most of my health check-ups are done here. They offer services from 'ear nose and throat' to 'heart'. Plenty of on-site parking, and several cafeterĂ­as on site.

    First, they delay treatment due to nobody knowing how any of the systems work. I had problems with my eps and offered a cash deposit that was refused. Walked to a different entrance and they accepted a 1 million peso deposit to give me treatment. Then, after 3 of the weakest possible drugs were administered, they insist on an additional 5 million peso deposit for a CT scan and an IV. I have strep throat, there is no logical reason for this. Diabolical money grubbers where PEOPLE COME LAST. Second, the facility has electrical outlets hanging out of the walls in BOTH rooms I was in. They will tell you what you want to hear just to get your money, your health is NOT a priority here.

    Just reviewing a clinic that's great from my city, from my country, where they don't prioritize foreigners for being foreigners. Foreigners: stop complaining about the non-VIP treatment and remember where you are. You are not special; nor do you have any sort of additional benefits for the mere fact of being here and not in your country. Don't like it? Go home and get treated there. As easy as buying a plane ticket out of Colombia, fellas! Gracias, clínica Las Vegas, por la excelencia en la imparcialidad y servicio siempre provisto! 💕

    Horrible people. They've been actively xenophobic towards me and brought my legal status in the country into question TWICE. The staff inside, doctors and nurses are kind and I'd give them 5 stars

    I was treated bby the clinic following assault and robbery. The staff was friendly and professional and the emergency room was top notch. The team ran several X-Rays and an MRI on me before recommending bed rest. Although the facility has been overwhelmed with COVID related intake, I was impressed at how smoothly everything was operating.

    We went there because of very strong stomach pain. First we had to pay a deposit of 1.000.000 pesos. They did a blood test and a tomography. The result was acute appendicitis. In total we spend 10 hours in the clinic, including the tests, waiting time for the results and the operation. They send us home an hour after the operation. Medication was prescribed and recommendations for behavior were given. An appointment for a review was made over the phone. We had to pay the costs for the operation in advance. Unfortunately they speak no englisch, but somehow we managed it with our bad spanish skills and google translate. The whole staff was very professional and we felt safe.

    The response time of the emergency doctors is 57 minutes and counting, nothing the doctor shows up and the emergency room is almost empty. Let's see how much longer it takes for the doctor to show up. After 1 and 20 minutes of waiting, the doctor appeared, she treated us well but I see that the problem is the doctors' response time. After the treatment, she comes back and plays the same problem, the response times of the doctors, once they finished the treatment the doctor said she was going to sign out and we spent 1 hour and 30 minutes waiting for the doctor to receive an appointment. show up to re-evaluate to sign out, and they haven't shown up yet, we'll see how much longer it takes them to get through here. If you have an emergency I recommend you go somewhere else, here is not for emergencies!!!!!! 3 hours to sign a medical aalt and quote a catheter and they couldn't, the inefficiency of this clinic is totally sad!!!! They are the most inept thing that exists!!!!!!!

    I don't review things often, but my visit was incredible! As someone noted, the ladies at the front were a bit cold at first, but they called Ivan (on his lunch break), and he came in like 10 min. From there, I was extremely well looked after! I needed a doctor check, so Ivan tried to the the "perfect English speaking" doctor. Unfortunately, he was busy. But Ivan got me a urologist (exactly what I needed) Dr Juan Fernando Arango. Dr Fernando Arango had very good English, and aivan finished translations just in case. It was perfect! Ivan then arranged the blood tests, the urine tests, ultrasound, payments, every thing! It was so easy. Many steps, but Ivan made it incredibly smooth! I can't thank them enough for treating me so well and so quickly! Oh, and the snacks in the foyer were amazing! Good coffee and great shortbread cookie!

    If you can avoid coming here for radiology/CT scans etc, do so. This place is messy, has very bad customer service, they are always late for appointments, the waiting time can be up to 1 and a half hours. And parking continues to be expensive, it continues to count on time and price even though the delay is the fault of the entity providing radiology services.

    Floor 4, phase 3, out of charismatic professionals, what a great human team, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Surgery, emergencies, all very professional and willing. Many blessings. (If the owners can buy a little more supplies in sheets, towels and other things that the staff suffers a lot to solve this, it would be wonderful). 100% recommended.

    I got bitten by a dog in Minca and needed a rabies vaccine. Though I came on Sunday I received a tetanus vaccine on the same day. The day after my rabies shots were scheduled. Doctors and nurses are professional and helpful. Though I don’t speak Spanish I was treated with patience and care.

    On January 29, I entered the emergency room in order to find an explanation for symptoms such as: abdominal pain, vomiting, fever, diarrhea and chills. They classified me in triage 4. I have been in the waiting room for 8 hours and they have not treated me. I ask the doctors and their only answer is you have to wait. I feel ashamed for the professional level of this hospital.

    Update: I found a doctor on the web that has his private office that speaks good English and whom I can recommend after he treated me: Dr. Mauricio Alvarado Vasquez, located in Fase 1, room 320. Only negative: He did not want to give me a note for my employer at home even though I clearly wasn't able to work... room for improvement. Old text: Not good if you don't speak Spanish. Even the hospital manager came to see me but nobody spoke English. The analysis consisted of the doc using her smartphone flash light to look into my throat. She then quickly deducted that I have a bacterial infection. My really bad cough did not make listen to my lungs or anything else. They did however use modern equipment to test my blood pressure and heartbeat and also took my temperature which I had just pushed down over night. They ended up administering a one-time shot of penicillin and pain killers and had me buy what I think is cough syrup and more pain killers for the following 5 days. The Cost: 150k COP for the hospital and 3 days into the treatment I am ready to go to another doctor... still have the same symptoms as before. Maybe something was lost in translation but since I had others translate the instructions I rather feel the hospital does not play in the same league as what I am used to from Europe :(
