The owners are working hard to paint and make other improvements. They are very professional and their handy man often works 12-13 hours a day working on the place. Still has some shady guests, but they are slowly able to run them off. No roaches, no bed bugs, no rats and they keep it very clean. I have lived here a long time and have seen their efforts.

This place i live next to is clean but they will yell and pound on your door they will kick you out before time and when i allow someone from motel to visit my house they get mad and demand you to leave my house and go back to your room has happened now 7 times. When i tell her not to tell people to leave my place im not part of motel she shoes me away on my own property and puts her finger up to try to tell me to be quite. Not a good place if you like a lil peace

Wow. Yikes. Valli Hai is a great reason to always inspect your room before booking. If cleanliness is of any importance to you, stay elsewhere. I actually live in my car and use motels as an escape on the weekends, but aide from the fact that the air conditioning was nice and cold, I can't say this was much of an escape from a hot Buick. Walls are full of patched holes, bedding has cigarette burns through out, bathroom fixtures are old and worn out. Exposed wires, switches covered in several layers of paint. I rarely see roaches on Oregon. They're here. Everything looks just plain dirty. What this motel needs is a basic, but full remodel. Honestly, I think I'm going to use this questionable shower then sleep on the back seat as usual. That's how much I want to sleep here.

The place is old and needs to be updated or they need to lower the prices. Why I suggest to lower prices renting a room is because they have the same price if you were to go to Motel 6 or Comfort Inn. Which those hotels are up to date, cleaner and the sheets, blankets curtains are newly added too.

The owners are to tolerant nonsense and noise there is a major cockroach issue they definitely don't meet health regulation codes and the roof in my room that I had had leaks in both the bathroom and in the hallway going to the bathroom

Management was awful and likes to harrass people. They say they are pet friendly, yet even if your 6 week old puppy makes an accident they will evict you even if you paid for multiple nights. No refund. Showers were broken, there was mold and mildew on the windows and stains on the sheets, not to mention the hotel is ROACH INFESTED. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO MOTEL 6.

    1. Filthy, well, *everything* 2. Rude staff 3. Cracked out scumbags everywhere 4. Not even particularly affordable! On the plus side, the cockroaches were complimentary

That was the scariest place I would rather stay in jail or a mental hospital the brick walls of dark green etc it’s hard to explain but county jail is nicer

They accept cash as payment with no extra deposit. Most hotels in Oregon either don't accept cash or they charge deposits. So I give the Valli hai a 5 stars for that. Rooms are a little small but you get micro/ fridge good TV and cable. 70 night for single bed. Check out is 10:30 am

This is one of the worst motels in the Medford area. Some doors don't lock. We had a domestic dispute and we both left the room and then when we returned the next day they had stolen all of our personal belongings and refused to return them. I would never recommend this place to anybody.

Worst hotel in Medford. Many other options in town better quality for around the same price. But it you lack identification I think they will rent to you for a extra $5. So there is always that!!!
