Would give zero stars if I could. Parking is a NIGHTMARE. Everyone is parked illegally with no repercussions. I am often trapped in my parking spot most mornings and leaving for work turns into a major chore. People park on sidewalks and block the entry gates. What is management's solution? Valet parking! Haha what a joke! What incentive is there to use this service when EVERYONE ELSE PARKS WHEREVER THEY WANT with no consequences?! Witnessed TWO fires and floods in these buildings since I moved in. Good luck getting in and out of these parking lots in an emergency. Buildings smell like weed and garbage. Someone drove right through the side gate last weekend so everyone and anyone can get right in. Terrible, inexcusable living conditions to charge 3k for a 1 bdrm! But if your desire to try new food trucks supersedes your health, living and wellness concerns, this place is definitely for you! Expect 17 emails a week about all the food trucks coming to the complex and none addressing any actual concerns.

This place is a total dump It used to be beautiful when I moved in years ago the residents totally destroyed this place its too overcrowded no parking halls and rugs are filthy/ stained garbage left out all night not to mention this place reeks! It's smells horrible. They put out this high class appearance when it's very low class at best. Too many pets that their owners don't clean up after them, management sucks and are rude. They harass you for nonsense. I wouldn't let my dog live here let alone a human. The prices are astronomical this place needs to be reorganized and redone!! For 3,000 a month Think twice before you move here there are way better apartments that costs less and smell better!!

Renters beware! Do not believe all these fake reviews! They beg and offer incentives to leave 5 star reviews. Why don’t you come here and take a walk in the parking lot and see for yourself? Someone is constantly running through the gates and the side one has been off for about a month now so everyone drives right in!!!!! So safe luxury community hahaha. Many break in and accidents in the parking lot. Beware beware beware! If you enjoy living in constant fear of being woken up in the middle of the night by fire alarms this place is for you! SEVERAL TIMES since living here I had to stand outside for hours in the dark with fire trucks everywhere!! If you have kids or pets, stay away! They will be traumatized for life living here! Lady with the brown hair in front named maghan is always inappropriate and flirting with men and ignores female residents it’s very sick behavior she wants favors all the time. She loses packages and then blames you until she finds them again and then tries to sneak them into your locker. So happy to pay nearly $4,000 in rent to not be able to have a decent night’s sleep or receive my packages without a problem constantly. Not cool. Opposite of serene. Zero stars, do not recommend. Do not mess up and live here.

Please stop wasting money on “resident events” and invest in 24hr security! This place needs it!! You’re telling me with ALL the rent that’s collected here, there isn’t enough to pay for at least one uniformed, 24hour security guard?! We know there’s a great need for it between the parking, random alarms, fires, floods, vandalization, hit and runs and non working security cameras to justify paying for a security guard!!! I thought you were going to start towing people parked illegally? Another lie but at least you’re consistent in NOT delivering on your promises. LOL

We had a wonderful experience touring the community with Victoria La Manna. She was very knowledgeable. She showed us all that Alston has to offer. We were very impressed with how well the grounds are kept, and the architecture of the buildings. We were even more delighted to see a townhome that was pristine, spacious & beautiful. We decided to move forward on it right away! We cannot wait to call Alston our home. Thanks again to Megan as well, she was very helpful in the leasing office. We appreciate you ladies!! Keep up the great work!

I love living at Alston, I love the staff is so friendly, the place is immaculate on a daily basis. So many puppies and doggies around. Brand new apartments, great community events. So many ammenities! So much more! I would recommend to any one, we are a family of 3 two adults, one toddler.

Great, simple, large, modern apartments in a quiet neighbor. Clean facilities, plenty of parking, good security, aesthetician maintained, many amenities. Walking distance to trains, buses and airport, shopping and dining.

I cannot say enough great things about this apartment especially the staff! They were responsive to my many phone calls and questions prior to move in, always friendly. I was given discounts due to only needing a short-term lease for travel nursing. The apartment has a guarantee that you can leave within the first month without penalty/breaking your lease. Sadly I had to invoke this which they honored and were so supportive; I am very appreciative! The apartment was beautiful. I loved the large walk-in closet connecting the bedroom and bathroom. The carpet was lush. My bedroom overlooked the courtyard that was softly lit by string lights at night. And the apartments are a short walk to the train station making NYC easily accessible. There was food trucks, trash pickup, gated parking, pretty common areas, an Amazon Hub, and a pool. Plus tasty restaurants in the area. A hundred thank you’s to the staff Megan, Victoria, and Patrick for all of your help and being so welcoming! You helped me love my stay in Long Island.
