So. This place has got the best of me, my pocket book, and my stomach. I have been there too many times to count and food as been horrible every time. Always need to make a special request . I got wings with no sauce the first week, second week I went back my wings didn’t have hardly any sauce on them once again. And spicy garlic wings are red. Not yellow. Anyhow they were hardly cooked. Couldn’t chew them what so ever had thrown 25/30 wings away. Complete waste. On my way home I had to stop at a station for emergency bathroom time. This is the photo of my nearly plain spicy garlic wings from week 1. No sauce even left behind in the container it was clean white. Upon calling manager she basically told me they have been getting cheaper /trickier chicken. Basically didn’t care and told me to have a nice day. This place is a joke. I would not go there seriously the wings always come out cold and naked basically it’s gross and this is coming from a guy whose favorite food is chicken wings.

Staff was polite. Restaurant was clean. Food? Drinks? Terrible. Bloody Mary wasn’t mixed. All the alcohol sat on top of the drink. Ordered Parmesan Garlic wings for an appetizer. Those were amazing. Main courses were the ultimate nachos with chicken added and the new Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Nachos came out the same time as the wings. The sandwich followed about ten minutes later. Nachos were lackluster. There was almost no cheese on them and the chicken had no seasoning. Completely disgusting. The chicken sandwich? Not a fan. The Nashville hot sauce has way too much vinegar. I’ll stick with the BWWs in Rochester. Service and food is always amazing. ***update. I followed the owners directions below... never heard anything back.***

Showed up as a party of 11 with 6 little kids. Servers were very accommodating. Food came out fresh. Wait time was minimal. The only hitch was that my food order was the only one they hadn't brought out yet by the time everyone has finished eating and I had filled up on appetizers. I just thought they forgot. Apparently they had it got the order wrong and had to put it in again so it took twice as long. They didn't charge me for the meal and still gave it to me for free in a to go box. They got a generous tip for the overall good service.

100% DISASTER!! Horrible food and service! We told the host we didn't want a booth, cause we had a small group, we would never all fit in a booth, and he kept offering us a booth! We were there celebrating a birthday. We got our food one plate at a time, and the fries were hard and either cold or room temperature when served to us! We all left there still hungry, but we were all glad to leave there. Burger King gives you better food and service! We won't be back! They also only gave us 2 menus for our group. Very very dumb!!Also gave our table away to other people that didn't wait as long as us to be seated. Talked to Brayden and he seemed to not care.

Worst experience of my life! Somalians were spitting spit balls, blowing snot rockets and yelling the n word loudly while I had young children with me! They should have been kicked out, very poorly managed establishment! I feel bad for their staff having to deal with disrespectful customers. I will be contacting corporate. And individuals that act like that in public should be ashamed! I used to support somalian business but I will now go to somalian ran establishments and smash their food into the carpet and not tip. The lack of respect around my children was beyond offensive and disorderly conduct. Disgusting! 🤢🤮🤮

Strongly discourage eating here. Ordered my food online around 7:50 pm on a Sunday. Gave me an estimated time of 8:40pm. I got to the store at 8:35pm. I checked into curbside immediately. Sat in my car for 5 minutes before a young employee came out to tell me that "It would be a few more minutes on my order. There was a delay, not sure what it is that is taking it so long." I proceeded to sit in my car for 30 more minutes before the same young employee came out to give me my food. I got home only to be super disappointed with my food. My chicken dogs were not that great. My boyfriend's boneless wings were barely sauced and looked like they had been under a heat lamp for hours. We had both ordered potato wedges with cheese. Both wedges were missing said cheese and looked limp, soggy and sad. I had higher expectations for my food for how long I waited. I called the store to let them know. Manager was nice, but only got a $10 partial refund. I just didn't want to run back to the store only to have to wait even longer for more disappointing food. Feel like it should have been more.

Food was good. Service was terrible, some people waited 1 hour. The place was not clean. They were not ready by any means to serve outside on patio. I give them 1 star only. SORRY.

I understand we are in the midst of a pandemic but that shouldn't mean the quality of service is sacrificed. The waitress never introduced herself. We were waiting for a few more in our party to arrive to order and after they did we had to wait 20 minutes for her to come back. She never offered us condiments, had no idea who had ordered what food and there was a wait time of at least 5 minutes in between each entree being brought out. The food itself was really good but the service was absolutely terrible!!!!!!!! I would not recommend dining in to anyone. Absolutely horrible service!

Food is delicious and fresh. Service is friendly some of the best in town. Place is a little on the louder side but that's just due to it being a sports bar. Still a good little place to bring the family to for a special occasion or a work related venue.

Super disappointed. Last 3 times we ordered to-go food has been missing. Even after checking the order and telling them what was missing, we STILL were missing items. The nachos came as chips with shredded cheese (not even melted) and jalapenos and that's it. The boxes were put in bags sideways so sauce was EVERYWHERE. I have always loved their food, but I don't think we will ever be back to this location. 👎

Wings are pre-baked and when re-heated to serve, they are not fully heated. Skin on bone in wings are under cooked. BW3 used to be the King of Wings, now they are the Joke of Wings.

I absolutely love Buffalo wild wings… But not this place , this place is horrible. I have given this place 3 chances and every time I’m disappointed. Today I ordered mango habanero wings they told me a 20 minute wait so I got there in 20 minutes and waited for 5min…No big deal but they gave me the wrong wings and the wings were cold oh and never got napkins or silverware…. I mean it cost me $25 and the food was absolutely horrible save your money do not spend it at this place!

As good as a Buffalo Wild Wings gets. Nothing to complain about, but also not exceptional. Got good local Kolsch Beer for cheap.

Great dinner with my family. Awesome waiters/waitresses and the food is always good! The drink however was a little strong so if you like strong drinks, this is the place for you 😂

BWW is one of our long time favorites. Owatonna location is almost always packed when we come through. We were there yesterday evening to celebrate a birthday. We were seated immediately. The waitress had a smile on her face every time she approached us. My order was wrong, but I understand that sometimes it does happen. I don't overly care for the "we serve hot food first." There was about 10 minutes difference between the first meal and the last meal that came out. Just not always the most reasonable thing. Overall we were satisfied with out visit.

This place was abysmal. Took 20 minutes longer to get my wings than the rest of my group. Then they brought out the wrong wings. When they finnaly brought the right food the wings had no sauce so I asked for more and was charged for it. Another person in my group ordered 15 wings and was only brought out 10 then was told no you ordered 10 and when he asked for the other 5 they gave him the wrong sauce. After all that the bartender/waiter decided to place all the blame on the kitchen.

Food was Excellent...Staff was fabulous... Bathroom were nice and clean, so most better they most bathroom I see in restaurants. Keep up the amazing work. 👏

Before I give this place a bad review let me start off by saying that I used to come here all the time years ago and the service used to be good, however that seems to have changed over the past year or so. I’ve ordered takeout from this bdubs probably about 5 times in the last 6 months and it seems like each time they always get something wrong or my order is missing something.This time when I came to pick up my food, they made me wait about 20 minutes (even though my food was ready) just so they could bag my food, because apparently the guy who bags it was on the phone the entire time(at least that’s what they told me). As if that wasn’t bad enough, when I get home I went through my bag and they didn’t include my wings and fries, WHICH I HAD ALREADY PAYED FOR. I had to call them back to see if they could refund me over the phone because by the time I had got home, it was almost closing time for them. So here I sit, hoping that they can honor a refund for a mistake that they made. I can’t help but feel that this was done on purpose all because I chose not to tip since it was a to-go order. Do you tip the McDonald’s drive thru? Tipping culture is getting out of hand , I shouldn’t have to tip you for doing your job. I only tip when I dine in. Long story short, please check your takeout orders folks, it will save you a headache when your ordering from a place that provides poor service.

I have always loved BW3 over the years from where I previously lived and used to patronize a couple times a month. BUT...3 of the last 4 visits at this one have been something else. Horrible service, forgotten items but still charged, room temp food, and we all make mistakes I know but where and when do you draw the line over numerous visits? I will start with the fact that service this evening was great. I feel sorry for the waitress. She had a trainee plus 7 tables plus running the bar. Unreal the amount of work put on her. The appz as usual barely warm. Onion rings were good per norm, the fried pickles usually great were cold and mushy batter underneath the crisp...fried nowhere near long enough. There were 3 of us today. 2 of us ordered Boneless wings and the third ordered one of the new tender sandwiches. 1 order of wings came out. Waited a couple mins nothing else.. so started the timer 5 mins after the initial 2 mins-ish the second order of wings came out.. then 10 MINUTES after the second entree came out the sandwich finally arrived. So over the course of 15 mins minimum it took all 3 meals to come out sporadically. Mind you, there were runners bringing out the food not the waitress since she was busting her hump with everything else. Maybe not enough help in the kitchen, can't hire people blah blah I've heard it all. Still not reasonably accepted to have food come out as if we were all separate customers at separate tables. By the time the third entree came out, the other two meals could have been eaten. But instead we waited as one should do so everyone can eat together eventhough the first two meals were cold at this point. Yes..I am an excellent tipper and very understanding of the service industry. However, it will be a very, very long, if ever, time before returning to this B-Dubs.

Waited over 10 minutes to get greeted. 1 bartender focusing more on server tickets versus bar patrons. Way under staffed for a Sunday during football. Took 37 minutes to get my food. Wings had barely any sauce on them, thankfully I ordered extra on the side. Overall not a very pleasant visit.

Figured we would give them one last chance even though they have been terrible experiences the last two times. Had to wait for 40 mins after the supposed pick up time, which was already over an hour after placing an order. Food was also complete garbage and for the price they charge they should be ashamed. This place has gone down hill and we will not be returning. I will be will be sure to tell others to stay away from this place.

The wings were alright. I ordered half Parmesan Garlic and half Nashville Hot. The PG ones tasted great, but the NH ones were really dry. There was not near enough sauce. I really enjoyed the Mountain Dew Legend though.

We had been told our order was ready except for the salad---30 min later, no salad. 15 min into the 30 min I asked to cancel the order. I asked 3 employees over this 15 min period. I won't know until tomorrow if my salad was refunded and the fries in our wing bundle are terrible. We won't go back and we are local. Poor, poor service. Many were picking up.their orders to go and bypassing us. I didn't know a salad was so difficult.

Went to restaurant on December 18th. It was freezing in the store - we were told that it was due to the door opening so much on such a cold night, more it seems that they just have not wanted to spend the funds to get it fixed. I do not judge places on being short staffed anymore but we were told by the very apologetic and friendly waitstaff that the were short on kitchen staff so our meals would be 30 minutes- no problem understood. However, all 4 of us received our food at different times, my son in 5 minutes- the rest of us between 20 to 40 minutes later. The manager, instead of helping in the kitchen was at the to go counter. No excuse for that.

Had the Cheese Curd Bacon Burger, which is amazing and extremely filling. What I like to do is add dry rub to the cheese curds on the burger itself, #1 cause it's free to do, and #2 cause it makes it taste that much better. I personally like their Lemon Pepper, and Chipotle BBQ dry rubs the best. The waitress was very polite and quick with our orders and always checked on us to see if we needed anything else, and she also gave me a side of the Chipotle BBQ dry rub, (which was the one I had this time) just in case I wanted more on the cheese curds. Even though I didn't end up needing it, I appreciate the fact that she thought that I might. Always love to come here and would definitely recommend a friend.👍

Went in and order. Got half our food. Took another 30 minutes for my wife to receive a chicken wrap. Very poor service today. And no they were not busy

Waited for 10 mins for someone to even acknowledge I was there. Three people came up and asked me the name of the order three different times waiting another ten mins None of them got me my order. The manager came and asked what order I was picking up. I told her. She then asked the person behind me that just got there what order he was picking up went and got his handed it to him then I said are you getting my order too she went and got mine and I didn't even get the right order when I did get home. Also got food poisoning

The service intially was great. The food was good. The server afer the meal handed my brother a pen that had ink all over it. And ruined his white sweater. Which I understand that things happen but that isn't much different than someone coming over and writing on his sweater. We asked for the manager. He came over and told us he would take 50% off our drink bill which only added up to under 20 dollars but not even close to the value of the sweater.... 100 dollar sweater... not to mention we had a table that ordered approximately 150 dollars in food and drinks. I told him that's not enough to compensate for the sweater and quote he said "leave a bad review" after I said I was going to... he went back and compensated the rest of our drinks and gave us a 20 dollar gift card... I was fine with that... the main reason I am leaving this reveiw... is becuase of the attitude the manager had... he wasn't sincere, he didn' care just didn't want to deal with us... please do better next time. Otherwise it was a good experience... I would say next time don't threaten your customers to leave a bad review cause they will...

Had 4 wait staff helping a group of maybe 20 adults and 10 kids... in part of the tasks for drinks and food other side nothing.. kids were last to get food.. not impressed but this area is very limited in options so take out is our normal go to. Also no Nordeast on tap or bottles... really a MN company and no pull to get the beer in there.

Ordered the 20/20 combo for pickup. Said my order would be done at 4:50. I got there at 4:50. I could tell as soon as I got my bag of food that it had been sitting there for quite some time. Sure enough, everything is cold. I'm also missing my french fries and I asked for sauce on the side and my wings had sauce on them. I just can't even with this level of incompetence. You guys did a spectacular job of messing up my order. never again.

This last time I ordered, I had a great experience ordering online.. no lag no delays no issues with their systems (sometimes more often than not there is one of those issues) however when I went in to get pick up my order The gentleman at the front helped the person in front of me then walked away and came back only after another customer had come in. I had to make sure I wasn't a ghost (lol jk) because he looked right through me to the next customer and got them their pick up order then finally looked at me and said "oh are you here to get something?" The atmosphere is always fun and sporty (as it should be) and the food is great from this location. Nice moist chicken wings both with bone in and boneless.

Amber was our waitress and she was the absolute BEST waitress I have ever had there in all the times I've gone, she's the best of ALL the times i've been to Buffalo Wild Wings. Great service, super friendly, absolutely just amazing. the wings were good and came out fast as well.

We went for a late dinner. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The food came quickly and was very tasty. We had the cheese curd bacon burger and the southern chicken sandwich. We would definitely come back if in the area again.

Honestly I don't like the fuss. But it was brought up it was my birthday and our waitress without hesitation brought me a free dessert. Awesome. She even heard my daughter say " why chocolate, I like caramel!" Didn't expect it but as a dad making my girls happy is all I ever ask.

Choclate milk came in a smaller thing but wings are good.
