some of the staff are really very active a few needs a lot of training towards attending Guests, this I am writing after my second visit food is always very good 👍

You can expect good food but it can be better , the dinning area is feels little bit congested , service is quite good

Room and staff behaviour are very good and rooms are value for money. Only thing is about to think that it is 150 meter inside from NH31.

This is a very nice hotel with swimming pool. They maintain the room but there is very much powercuts so if watching something of T.V. it gp and then again you have to on it.

Third class service provided by his staff no manners how to attend the customer not even konw how to serve we order started after that dinner but after one hour his staff come with noodle after that dinner and last he is saying that he forget to serve statred and last he said can we pack your last order sttatered. what a rubbish service

It's the best hotel to stay at a small city like Gazipur. It was a new place n first visit . We had a comfortable and good stay. Food is good. Rooms are of good size n staff is polite.

The best hotel in Ghazipur is The Grand Palace Hotel. I liked the cleanliness and service here very much. Had a recording conversation with Rudra Pratap ji, who is on duty at the front office of the hotel. He seemed very good natured which felt to me like a hotel in Varanasi. I visited this place recently bcz of someone's ring ceremony. This was a quiet place in an elite neighbourhood. But the food wasn't up to the standard. But overall quite a nice place to spend time with someone.

Dear owner ur staff first refuse that I don't have booking after several request start seeing dairy. Then told that room given to police person. After twenty minutes waiting got the room number 2004. Asked ur staff to provide towel, toilet paper and water. They are not responding. Mid night leaving room with my family in search for another hotel. Ur staff don't have manner to deal with guest. There salary is fixed and will be getting in time. Why they should be bother to look about hotel guest issue. Complain to ur night gaurds and leaving. It's upto u to decide about to improve or let them work in their own style.

Best place to stay in Gazipur. Everything is good , chicken tikka masala, along with stuffed naan is a must try. Breakfast is good as well. Staff is polite, room service is a bit slow.

Worst place to stay, Rooms are not like what is shown in the pictures, Staff behaviour is disgusting, Also price they charge is close to 3-4 star hotel, its no better than an oyo. not recommended at all

Stay here for 3 days as done advance booking but have one of the poorest experience. Don't confuse with the hotel building,its just a mirage, have worst service or hardly any services in terms of cleaning and food service. On complaining about poor services even hotel staff behavior is unacceptable and rude.

It was a great experience ,the support and services was also awesome. Specially the team presentation were awesome thanks to the restaurants staff Mr.Vidyasagar. Very hygiene and delicious foods. If you are nonveg lovers then must make a visit.
