I love the Saturday and Sunday buffet services. There’s plenty of local and continental food options to choose from. Also, the band and the saxophonist, great combination. I love the ambience and the it’s picturesque features. Oh and also, try and see the peduase zoo whilst you’re there. It was fascinating to see a Chinese chicken 🐓 for the first time

We planned to spend the entire holidays there only to be told that we will get bookings for just three nights so left Christmas morning after breakfast. Great place to be for a family vacation or getaway from the daily life stressors. Serene environment with great views. The pool is cool and clean at all times. Receptionists, security, waiters, ushers were all on top of their game. Room was on point. I enjoyed the restaurant as well. Food tastes great with assorted choices. Do well to pass through the mini zoo, my first time seeing a chineese chicken and an ostrich 😅.

Ambiance ***** Great space, cool weather, well-built, aesthetically pleasing to look at and immerse oneself in. Food **** Food was delicious, but buffet assortment is best on Sundays. Service ***** Waiters are warm and friendly. Service is impeccable.

Customer service was excellent from gatekeepers, receptionists to waiters. Environment perfect definition of serenity. Lighting has been designed perfectly in and around the facility. The bar area is perfect for couples with their large seats. Washrooms sparkling clean. 4 stars.

Great place to go to to relax with great view and a serene atmosphere. Weather is great, rooms are clean, wait stuff are very friendly and helpful with a good selection on their menu. Although the menu is moderate with regards go variety what is served is fresh and tasty.

This place has always been a place on my heart and I have visited is consistently every year since 2016. The service is usually great and has been a beautiful experience by all standards except this year. It appears to me that the level of attention to guest needs by waiting staff may not have been that great this time around . And I would be pleased if management could do something about this to bring it back to the beautiful experience that i have had in times gone. I am happy to give more detail should they require.

Beautiful place. Love the ambience, the views as you dine are therapeutic. Service was not so great though. It was a Sunday evening and I would want to assume that the waiters were tired from serving all day. I loved the food too ....

The perfect, serene environment for that cozy, quiet weekend getaway with the life partner or family. Kid friendly, amazing live band, great buffet services for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a variety of dishes and desserts to choose from. Very friendly and courteous staff with excellent services. Would definitely go back.

The hotel and the facility is extremely pleasant but the staff are just not professional. Good luck if you order a drink at the pool! 30min to get a drink 30min for the bill. The « whole night absent waitress » knocked on my rooms door at 11PM asking for a signature on the bill Another colleague ended up being chased for having allegedly not given back a key card. Very inexperienced and unprofessional staff, hope that management saves this nice facility.

One thing I can really applaud 👏 is their service. Man, the aids are so polite well mannered, they just want to help you with whatever. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

Loved the pizza and the pool, its a beautiful serene place. Great for family hang outs and days away with friends or a significant other. I miss the huge saint Bernard, he was so delightful. Dont trust the monkeys though 🤣. Had a amazing massage at the spa and it was so worth it, all my stress taken away by wonderful hands. This certainly deserves a do over 🤩

Peduase Valley Resort staff are the most amazing people in the world. The front office manager, Gertrude, took good care of us and even went an extra mile for my husband and I when we fell ill! We can't wait to come back again and again

Food was excellent, as was the decor, ambiance and setting! A beautiful peacock blessed us with his presence at our dining table. The small zoo also boasts of ostrich, dog, catfish, guinea fowl, and such.

Please fumigate the lawn area from the kids playground to the zoo. There were lots of blood sucking insects and it's really a struggle when you aren't in ankle length attire... The itchiness spoiled my mood the entire time I was there. Also the stone pathway leading to the zoo is very slippery and an alternative should be considered. I fell and got bruises all over my leg because of this stone pathway. These two incidents took the joy away from me on this short trip. I hope to have a much better experience next time

Lovey Resort in a cosy environment. The food is nice and the ambiance around the pool is charming at night with the light effect in the pool. There's also a mini zoo on site where you can see animals like peacocks donkeys, ostriches, monkeys, fowls, rabbits, an old turtle and some small wild cats...

The resort is beautiful and the guards at the car park are really helpful. The rooms are really nice and the bed is comfy. The buffet has many options and the dishes are delicious. I will come again soon.

My first time there over a weekend and the restaurant was quite full on Saturday- lunch time. Really lovely place and a great set up for lunch. Rooms are lovely. Greenery towards & at recreational gardens- awesome! I’ve seen steady improvement of this resort over time- about 7 years - which is remarkable. Choice of building items takes maintenance and natural landscape features into consideration. Kudos to the team.

The hotel is amazing and clean from the reception lobby to the ground area. Staff were smartly dressed and professional on approach. We went as guests for the day to access their facilities. The grounds are beautiful they also have a mini Zoo available. The live entertainment was amazing Staff were curtious and had good knowledge about the animals they introduced you to. Spa facilities are also available shower area clean and safe, howerver entrance to shower facilities have several steps down to get too.

Nice and beautiful, well maintained and clean facility but very crowded on weekend and holidays. Seating was a problem when I visited and at a point was ejected from my seat by Mr. Annan from my seat because according to him it was a reserved seat. Have to stand and eat because the seat offered to me was on the lawn in the sun. Overall average service.

I’ve visited here a couple of times and I’ve enjoyed every visit. The environment, decor, service, rooms, food and everything about the place is top-notch. Their buffet, especially the breakfast is very good. They offer both local and continental dishes. Everything is freshly made. They also have a pet zoo so don’t forget to check that out.

The overall ambiance of the place was lovely. It was slightly busy due to the holidays. I made a reservation for lunch over the phone, however got there and was directed to join the buffet, which was disappointing. I was mentally prepared for an a la carte service so it was a let down when I didn't have much say over what I could eat. I was not satisfied at all but great atmosphere.

This resort is set in a very serene environment with lush landscaping. A great location for families with kids. We only came here for drinks and snacks and even though it wasn't crowded, it took forever to get our food. There is a need for management to retrain the staff to improve service.

My family enjoyed the swimming. It was fun. The place was so busy. I ordered for drink but the waitress didn't bring it.I had no option than to leave the place.

Avoid avoid avoid… This hotel keep a huge mountain dog in a small cage and have a poor monkey with a chain attached to its tail, unable to move. They also took over 60 minutes to bring out my food, which was almost inedible it tasted so bad. Thinking the visit couldn’t get any worse, they then made numerous mistakes on the bill and even decided to charge me for the ‘free lunch’ I had purchased in a package. The owners need to take a serious think about how they run this business, the staff appear to be on individual commission and are unable to combine bills or even communicate amongst one another..

This place has everything one needs to make a great night away form home or a stay outside. Whether it is for a weekend out of your home, or night out I believe this place has it all. Their swimming pool is big enough for water lovers. Their wildlife is just splendid for lovers of nature. In addition, Peduase Valley Resort is well placed in nature and it is awesome how nature blends with normal life. Their food is delightful and ambience, so great. I will keep it on top of my holiday list for a very long time.

Very nice views and service. The food there was great. A lot of activities too. However had to give this place 3 stars due to false advertising of the petting zoo and the animals' poor upkeep. How any zoo can put a normal dog in a cage half it's size and let geese roam as a part of the experience is beyond me. Edit: Photos of the "petting zoo" at my last visit

Didn't get to do much but the landscaping and lawn is wow...I loved it. There's the zoo that houses some large birds. I experienced a live band at night in the garden as well! Great huh?! Will surely go back to experience the pool and hotel sections

Cradled in the Valley of Peduase, this hidden gem affords you the perfect hideout and get away from the frenzy in Accra. The serene and homely atmosphere is even better at night😊 For the swimmers, you'll love the pool! For the foodies like myself, you'll have a field day🤣. Great for family time as well..

Clean, quiet position in the outskirts of Accra. Very delicious meals. A place worth visiting. They have a good natural environment, an excellent spa, spacious and clean rooms

Great experience! Live band was good and the food as well. The environment is serene and relaxing. It's a place you can be at every weekend for buffet and a-la-carte. It's actually better going with family and friends. Yet to spend a night here, so can't really talk about room service. Overall it's a good place to hang; money's worth.

We took two classes of students there for team building activities. We didn't go inside, but enjoyed the outdoor facilities and a buffet lunch. Very accommodating staff and a great day out.

This place has an amazing ambiance and environment but it loses a star for the poor treatment of animals in their "zoo". Of the conditions have not improved next visit I will drop this to 3 stars. Tje rest of the resort is amazing but the zoo needs addressing

Great place for relaxation, an amazing ambience especially 5/6pm. The zoo idea is innovative, decent place for kids. And I love the buffet&customer service. The security is okay, handled the car parking quite well. Will try the rooms on my next visit. Oh almost forgot; the live band music 👌 I think you should add it to your to-go list when you wanna give a family or loved one a treat.🥴
