Went there for vaccination, and decided to visit the front desk to make a few enquiries. The reception was good, the attendants were on top of their game, and we'll informed. They provided me with enough information, and I was particularly glad that they accept most of our insurance cards including GLICO and Nationwide. The environment was nice and neat. They even have a small food joint there,,, I had a good taste of some fried rice served at an affordable price. I was impressed with this health facility.

The reception service was pretty good but the waiting time for the vitals proved a bit too long for me despite there being only few people in the hospital at the time. The doctor who attended to me was friendly and lighthearted so made it easy to talk. The lab could do better. At least give a tome range for you to know the results are ready, especially since they’re automatically sent to the doctor. Thus if you don’t go in frequently to check and ask if the reports are ready, you may sit there forever. The pharmacy has the shortest wait time I’ve ever experienced in a hospital.

Dr Gifty was recommended in a support group which I am part of, it took me just a phone call to book her. Midway has great customer care and I loved my session with Dr Gifty. Her patience and care for her clients is really admirable. Midway is now the hospital for my family.
