Firstly, can you imagine the price they are charging for these units? the property is not finished. It’s dusty and unattractive. The front road is not fully paved. The hallways are stark with pasty white walls reminiscent of college dorms or detention centers. No artwork except for patchwork, holes and scratches adorn the walls. The lights go out consistently. Sometimes 3-4x a day. TheRe are weekly water outrages for hours. The lights in the hallways sometimes work sometimes don’t. The elevator is slow or always under maintenance. The WiFi has WEEKLY issues. The balcony doors can be broken into even when locked and the maintenance knows how to access the apts this way. The security guards are often asleep when you come in after midnight. Clearly people writing the reviews haven’t lived in this place. The management company are cheats. They will charge you for dust under the tv. Dust? Really? Their units are grossly overpriced for what you get. The tiles In the unit are porous and easily dirtied. Bathrooms don’t vent properly. Decor is uninspiring and stale. Amenities aren’t finished (yet you’re still being charged at a premium) Can you imagine the price they are charging for these units? Look elsewhere where they have more integrity. It’s not worth the money or the trouble dealing with a management company that lacks integrity. They will find clever ways to take your money. I wish I had been warned since you wouldn’t know any of this by just coming to see the unit. The only thing good about the unit is the choice of washing machine.

Riviera has been my home for the past 9weeks and it has been an amazing experience. It is situated at an excellent location and very close to the city centre with many amenities. The rooms are cozy and functional. Excellent art work selection and a great view from my living room and bedroom windows. The staff are welcoming and ready to assist. I feel amongst family here and very safe. I will definitely be back. I had a few internet issues but I don't think that is the fault of the building, I think this a general Ghana issue. Overall I had a wonderful experience.
