On my first day I was charged 150ghc for Consultation and 750ghc For test alone. I paid the consultation fee and left. If I pay 750 for test How much will be the treatment of my eye.... Africa, we are killing each other because of money. In Africa if you don't have money and you are sick just pray and wait on God. People like this eye clinic Will because of money Leave you to go Blind....Van J Eye Clinic is just Big name with unexperienced doctors who put money first before people's health

Worst service ever. We had to wait a good 2 and a half hours to be served, and the receptionist couldn’t explain the reason for the long wait. Very awful customer service. I would advise anyone who respects time to avoid this eye clinic.

Highly professional center with quality eyecare services in a serene environment. Dr Van was very patient, welcoming and professional as were all the customer care staff at the Dzorwulu branch. Waiting time is very reasonable and they do accept private insurance. Absolutely loving my new eyewear. Strongly recommend.

Nice environment and topnotch equipment. My only concern is their male staff is too flirty with women, even married ones. It happened to me on two different occasions, one even blew me a kiss which I think is quite inappropriate.

Well equipped, professional and very courteous staff always on hand to assist. Well stocked supply point for medication and other needs.

Pros: 1- Staff and doctors are nice. 2- The place is nice looking and it's comfortable to be in. 3- They have a good and friendly support when facing issues with your glasses

Doctors are very interactive and professional, they explain your conditions into details to your very own understanding. i feel very safe and always look forward to my sessions. your front desk and sales personnel are very warm and patient because i could spend the whole time trying every frame on and being soo undecisive but they never fret but rather help me make good picks. Environment is very neat as well and never crowded. by far the best optical center in Ghana for me and i would recommend you to anyone any day.
