I don't recommended this place first of at all all positive feedback are mostly from staff or X staff the place is not professional shity custom services and if they do a mistak they completely ignore you I don't recommende laser it overly prices and poorly done no result at all And the astitic doctor has no manners i don't recommend going under the knife or doing any astitic procedure. He will will not support you neither take responsibility of his procedure plus his not boread certified yet .. becarful . No support no customer service overly priced

I would exercise extreme caution before patronizing this establishment. They're not forthcoming with vital information. When asked what laser they would be using on me they refused to disclose it. And just reassured me that the laser works on all body types and they've never had a customer complaint. That's a HUGE red flag. Even the top spas in the world have had clients with negative experiences. Anyone with internet knows that certain lasers have different effects on different skin types. Hair growth caused by PCOS requires a different laser than someone with natural hair growth. As a med spa clinic this is important not to neglect. This is what causes burns, or unsuccessful treatment. The staff are rude and dismissive. I'm supposed to trust a laser on my body but you can't trust me enough to disclose which laser you would be using. If you also notice most of the reviews left here are from accounts where this is their only review. Are you guys creating accounts to leave reviews? Honestly I'm glad they showed their disturbing behavior before the service was rendered. The med spa industry requires TRANSPARENCY your clients deserve to know exactly what's going in or on their body.

The worst experience ever, they did mistakes and then they act unprofessionally. They did horrible job with my filler no follow back pls they refuse to do my botox very unprofessional. I don't recommend they are not professional

The service is amazing. The staff is so friendly, but Hazel is my MVP🤩 She is so gentle, polite, and reassuring always. My laser hair sessions are always fun and rewarding with her. After 4 sessions, I’ve seen a massive improvement. I’m pleased.

We had a great experience here. The front desk personnel is so helpful!, One I think her name is Jerusalem, She had a way of putting us at ease, was so patient with us and was always happy to offer help through any process, it just made everything so smooth. xo

I’m the type of person that never leaves reviews. In this instance I’d like to share the positive feedback I have for Premier Aesthetics. I’m from the USA and I’ve been suffering with my skin issues for about over a year. I’ve been to several different skin clinics, dermatologists, etc in the USA and no one has helped me or even made me feel comforted the way Premier Aesthetics has. I’m in Accra on vacation and they were very accommodating and responsive to my needs. They are the only skin professionals who listened to my concerns and made me feel validated. 10/10 in my book for the service and accommodations. I’d highly recommend.
