Booking system is extremely terrible. They don’t meet their appointment times. I had to wait 2 hours more before I was attended to. Mind you, I went there to get braces and ended up being told I need tongue cribs meanwhile this could’ve been communicated when I went for consultation which I paid for!! Customer service is not very good. The workers seem irritated and like they don’t want to be there. I was quite uncomfortable. The prices are also not very straight forward. Wouldn’t really recommend.

THE WORST POSSIBLE SERVICE EVER!!!!!. Three of us with toddlers had to leave our kids and booked to get teeth laser done. We got there to meet a packed reception. There was a gentleman who had been waiting for sooo long and he had come all the way from Takordi. One hr and still waiting, we started complaining. Long and short is that, they over book people and the owner Shirley who is also the clinic manager attempted to give a half apology which was essentially not admitting to anything and trying to explain how somehow we were at fault because we came at 11.15am for our 11.30am appointment which they had put down on their system as 11.00am. This is an excuse because, when we got there, no one even bothered to attend to us or ask our names or what time our appointment was for and there were at least about 7 people at the reception who had all been waiting for over an hr.

Excellent service, I saw improvement in my teeth in just the first month! And the staff are also super friendly 😍the ambience is so peaceful as well. Best place to get your braces fixed!

Honestly , the worst dental experience i have ever had. I couldn't wait to be rid of them. They come of as being the most affordable orthordontic option compared to other places, which is why I opted for them (for my second time in braces) But this is a scam as there are so many hidden charges that they won't communicate beforehand and so much sketchy behaviour (ie uncomunicated treatment/processes on you, deliberately loose brackets, prolonged treatment times ) that in the end , its just not worth it. Also, be prepared to wait an average of 2.5 hours on very uncomfortable benches to see your dentist. one time, believe it or not, after calling to schedule and waiting 3 hours I was told the dentist had gone home to sleep and won't be returning, so I had to come back the next day :) .the reception staff too are honestly something else.i could go on and on. Perhaps their other services are better,and their managers did seem nice. But, in summary , for othodontic treatment (at the east legon branch at least) take your money elsewhere.

I have never experienced such terrible customer service ever. I pushed my mother to go there and now I’m highly disappointed. Booking system, total fail. They say one price, you go and then it’s another. Bad communication, everything was just terrible. From the director, to the manager, to the receptionist. Zero. No instructions whatsoever or after care advice given after the session. I would 100% NOT recommend The Smile Restore to anyone.

The worst! I hope everyone reading this takes it seriously but this clinic gave me the worst treatment and never own up their words they made me pay almost 1000cedis for nothing they said they didn’t want to accept me after 2 months of treatment just because I didn’t pay 2500cedis and I alone had to pay 500 cedis every treatment this shows how they give no customer care but only focused on their money I do not recommend anyone going there!

👎… wish I could give a negative star. Lack of facilities. they keep changing their dentists. They will end up destroying your teeth and ask you to pay extra for fixing it. Terrible experience. You dont just give bad services but you lie as well. everyone should flee from these people. (A reply to their reply(25/5/2023) i wont waste my time to destroy your reputation for nothing. I submitted my Xray and these people misplaced it. the next appoint, their focus was on the money they didnt even ask of the xray they asked me to bring. I had to remind them and the receptionist told me she has no Idea where my xray is. luckily for me i snapped it on my phone so thats what i showed to the doctor.For evidence sake, i have attached the xray i did, the teeth you almost destroyed. I have never threatened any receptionist. Ghana Flee from this company.They are Dangerous!!!! other dental clinics have no bad reviews because they are not scam. learn from them. FYI what you couldnt do, a better a clinic is doing it.

I initially had my doubts about teeth whitening until i had the lasersmile experience. A comforting atmosphere with very patient and welcoming attendants to take you through a fun filled session. Every session takes you a step closer to your dream teeth shade. I am glad I made the choice to whiten my teeth at the lasersmile. Thank so much for the amazing service. Cant wait to come back.

Starting with the receptionist they're very professional, super nice,the young lady I spoke to ( I'm sorry I forgot her name) was very accommodating, I had been dealing with a horrible toothache and, she managed to squeeze me in ASAP! This is the first time going to this clinic and it won't be the last! The clinic is very clean, and neat, every body there is super nice and professional! Kudos to the owner Shirley. She managed to take time of her busy shedule to educate me on cavities. Awesome!

Went there without an appointment and I was booked and ready to start . Did 3 sessions and it went great. Customer service was good. No plenty talk , just straight to business .

I will wait till the end of my procedure to truly give an accurate review. The procedure process was not bad, even though I had a little reservation about the medical steriles used. Their prices were not bad either. Looking at the price of getting a full brace for 11,500 which is 2500 and 500 cedis monthly for the next 12 to 18 months is quite reasonable. Others charge about 15k for the whole session. But I think they need to work on their "impromptu" charges... Cos I was told to pay another money (350) for them to take a mold of my teeth, it's not the amount but it's the fact that this wasn't communicated, though there are sections in the agreement that said something like that could happen but it shouldn't always be happening cos it seems many reviews complained bitterly about that, and the fact that you won't get a refund if anything like this happened and you would want to pullout is also not good enough. I don't know what extra hidden cost I will have to bear on my next visit. It will be much better if there is transparency with financial obligations, no surprises... 10-11-22

I’ve had unpleasant experiences here..very bad organization..why encourage us to book appointment only for us to come and have our time wasted…an appointment at 11 and by the time you’re attended to it’s past 2pm…you might as well just let us walk in anytime and join queue..it’s very annoying …worst part is the waiting area is so uncomfortable…sit for hours to leave with the worst neck and back pain..the staff are very pleasant though👌🏽

The staff is super friendly and very professional. The dentist communicates well and answers all your questions or concerns that you might have. The whole clinical team is amazing and caring! Amazing Dental office. My son was having a dental emergency and was able to schedule a same day appointment. The staff is friendly and professional will recommend to family and friends. They went a above and beyond to make my son and I feel comfortable. If you need a good dentist you have to be at The Smile Restore!

1. You are not time conscious. Do not go by the appointment time. Kindly work on it 2. Some of the workers are not respectful. Don’t know how to deal with clients. 3. You should stop changing doctors and know how to schedule your break hours. If some shifts can be done. 4. To end l really love your Services and it works. Keep it up

Nice and serene environment. The workers here are very gentle and welcoming. My orthodontist is calm and collected. He explains everything and he’s also gentle with every procedure 🥰

The dental hygienists are patient and thoughtful in the way that they explains and answers my questions. Their works are excellent and thorough. Also the dentist is very knowledgeable and kind. Extremely bad services. So poor. Not time conscious. Everything is protocol here. You can be given an appointment time and end up waiting for over three hours. Unless you know the owner before you will be given access to see the doctor on time. It’s so bad in here.

Gertina very friendly and help with the entire process. Angela was also very helpful with the entire process and I will give both of them a five star. The braces sessions has also been great so far.
